Although the process is lengthy, the staff did everything in their power to speed things along and make us comfortable. David Page was our sales associate and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgable about the vehicles, answering any and every question we had. During our time there we met and spoke with General Manager Johathan Luz and again, a great experience. He made my husband and I feel very comfortable and confident we were being treated fairly. Our experience back in the finance department was equally saitisfying. The gentleman who helped us worked as quickly as possible to get all necessary documents prepared for us to sign. David provided his cell number, letting us know if we ever had any questions we were free to call him. The next day he left a message on our house phone offering his assistance with questions or concerns. We have truly never expereinced anything like this at another dealership. We absolutely love our new vehicles (2014 Ford Fusion and 2013 Ford Escape) and look forward to working with them for the duration of our lease and in the future.
