Brought Vehicle for oil and filter change and rotation of tires in October 2013. One week later tire pressure light went on. They did not check tire pressure. Brought it back to dealer for correct tire pr tires in October 2013. One week later tire pressure light went on. They did not check tire pressure. Brought it back to dealer for correct tire pressure. Three weeks later windshield fluid ran our. They did not top off windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Also, radiator coolant is low. Buhler's service agreement states that all these services were performed with oil change. Thet are/were not. More

Sam Moghimi was excellent salesman. He gave me all the details and made sure I got the price I was looking for my old Ford 250 and help me with new Ford 350. I was able to get the entire selling process c details and made sure I got the price I was looking for my old Ford 250 and help me with new Ford 350. Matthew Smalls was an excellent salesman. We originally came in looking for an Escape, but other salesmen said they didn't have what we were looking for and that they would give us a call. Immediately we g came in looking for an Escape, but other salesmen said they didn't have what we were looking for and that they would give us a call. Immediately we got a call from Matthew who said there was one. He gave us all the details and made sure we understood. the next day we came in for a test drive. Matthew was very friendly and made sure we were very well taken care of. During the car buying process he treated us like we were family, giving us top notch service. He gave us some great deals and a great price for the car. We will definitely return to buy a car from him in the future.
