This is the second and third vehicle from Matt Small. Matt is cool and he don't push to up sell. He went out of his way to be at the dealer when I could be there. I can't remember how many new vehicles I have purchased in my life maybe 15 to 20 but I have to say Matt Small and Buhler Ford has been one of the best I have ever dealt with. More

I've been a satisfied and loyal customer for over 4 yrs. My Service Advisor is always courteous and professional while assisting me in keeping the schedule and maintenance needs on my Ford van. Matt was a great salesman. He understood exactly what i was looking for and found the exact model and options I wanted. He was knowledgeable about the car, its options and how the different models matched was looking for and found the exact model and options I wanted. He made sure that I knew about all the offers and discounts I was eligible for and came up with a great price. On delivery he made sure I knew exactly how the cars technology operated. It was a great buying experience. It is the third car I have purchased from Buhler and I expect i will get my next car there as well. The quality sales experience I know will be matched by Buhler's service department which i have been going to for seven years now. More
Jimmy & "Wrench" were awesome in helping me locate my 2013 Expedition EL. They were honest in price + Gave me the same price as I located on-line out of state. I recently switched from a private mechanic to Buhler Service. "Kyle" in Service has continued to accommodate me with service to 4 different vehicles. I have called him day the before & every time has taken my vehicle the next day. And aside from one big issue, I have gotten the vehicle back at the end of the same day every day. He has priced me fairly every time that i know longer wish to deal with a Private Mechanic. I will continue to go to Buhler Service for all of my truck's mechanical issues. The craziest thing is these guys & Buhler are 5 minutes from my backyard. Why was'nt I going to them 25 years ago !!!!!!!!!!! A.D. More

I was looking to lease a hybrid vehicle. Was interested in the Ford Focus Electric and Chevy Volt. I met with Jimmy Clark who let us test drive both the Focus and the C-Max plug in hybrid. I was really lea in the Ford Focus Electric and Chevy Volt. I met with Jimmy Clark who let us test drive both the Focus and the C-Max plug in hybrid. I was really leaning toward the Focus, but Jimmy explained the differences with each vehicle. Based on his knowledge of both vehicles and our needs we choose the C-Max. The leasing experience was difficult at first, but Jimmy was patient in explaining all the different variables that go into a lease price. Once I understood that, the process to lease was smooth and straight forward. The Ford incentives for this vehicle were great and really helped push us toward the C-Max. This dealership was easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactics and they seemed to have a very transparent environment through the whole process. More
