This was offset however by the friendliness of everyone in the dealership. My husband and I were passing some time by looking over the vehicle ourselves and figuring out the different settings. From time to time a sales man would be passing through the lot while working with another customer and would, without fail, take a moment to offer assistance and point out a yet undiscovered feature of the vehicle. Purchase of new Ford F-150 My wife and I purchased a Ford Explorer from Buhler Ford in February of 2013 and at that time we dealt with Jimmy Clark. My wife and I both felt that Jimmy was very knowledgeable when it came to the features of the vehicle, as well as the financing aspects of the deal. Jimmy was able to answer all of our questions and he was also very receptive to our concerns about the vehicles price. In April of 2014 I decided to purchase a new F-150 pick up truck for myself and my wife and I both knew that Jimmy was the person to talk to about the truck. I went to the dealership and found Jimmy and he couldn't have been more helpful. Once again he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he showed me several models that I could choose from. When I decided what options I wanted in the truck I found that there was not a model on the lot which fit all of my criteria. I explained to this to Jimmy and he suggested that I let him "locate" a truck with all of my options. He took down all of the features I wanted and told me he would be in touch in a day or two. There was no talk of when I wanted to purchase the vehicle and no pressure to work out any financial deals at that time. A day and a half later Jimmy contacted me and told me that he had located a vehicle for me that had all of the options which I had wanted, as well as a few extras. He explained to me that he had the initial financing worked out and he was able to email me the details in five minutes time. Within 2 hours I was able to meet with Jimmy and we had a financial package worked out that was better than I had hoped for. By the close of business that day I was in my new truck. I can't thank Jimmy and also Joe Silva enough for the professionalism and genuine concern they both showed me through the entire buying experience. With that type of exposure, you can really contrast sales people and dealerships. I dealt with Bruce Linnell. He was great. He knew I was doing my diligence and didn't push. But when it came time to buy I went to Bruce and his management at Buhler. Jonathan and Joe knew what I was looking for and they found me the right truck at the right price. Other dealers could touch the combination of price and friendly service at Buhler. Bob Biele was also one of the friendliest finance people I have ever dealt with.
