Jimmy went above and beyond with helping me obtain a 2014 Ford Fusion lease. He guided me along the way and kept in contact with me as to the process. Once the "I"s were dotted & the "T"'s were crossed, Jimmy gave me a run down of some of the features and told me if I needed anything to contact him directly. He also explained the maintenance package. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE IN NO SUBTLE TERMS,SLEAZY JOSEPH SILVA TOLD ME TO GET THE (expletive).OUT OF THE SHOWROOM IN FRONT OF JOSEPH LEPORE AND JOHN ALAM, HE DIDN'T CARE IF I CALLED FORD, THE DEALER OR EUROPE, A CLEAR DISCRIMINATORY COMMENT TO MY NATIONALITY AND HERITAGE (BECAUSE OF MY ACCENT)MY TRADE WAS SUDDENLY WORTH 23000 AFTER 2 WEEKS AND 180 MILES MORE, HE TRIED TO STEAL TH TRADE , BECAUSE HE WASN'T MAKING ANY MONEY UNDER THE Z PLAN, WHICH IS 2200 UNDER INVOICE AND FOR SUBSIDIZE THE DEALER UP TO INVOICE, WHAT A SLEAZE BAG CROOK, CUT MY TRADE BY 4000 WITH ADDING ANY OF THE 8000 OPTIONS, JOE SILVA IS A ........,AND BELONGS IN SOMALIA WITH THE REST OF THE PIRATES LIKE HIM.
