BUYER BEWARE!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!! Do not buy from this dealer!! My family has been purchasing from the DCH family for over 30 years. A manager named Dylan told my sales person and anot Do not buy from this dealer!! My family has been purchasing from the DCH family for over 30 years. A manager named Dylan told my sales person and another sales person that they would match another dealers "out the door price" which includes everything (taxes, tags etc.) for a 2019 Ford Expedition. I have this all in writing from both my sales people. Then spoke to the GM who was going to sell it to me for $1,500 more which is very wrong and said his manager's price did not include taxes, tags etc. Well if that is the case why would I offer the dealership $265 more then they are asking for on their site! Then they have the nerve to pull a bait-and-switch and try and say someone is already coming tonight and gave a deposit on it and if it falls through then they will contact me. Or they can find one for me. Sorry at this point I do not trust you. I can go to any dealer and have them "find me one". I cannot believe the way this management works in this dealership and they she be ashed of themselves for treating a very good and willing customer! BUYERS BEWARE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!! More
