They did push the extended warranty too hard, I didn't want it but continued to try and negotiate a better price which tells me they didn't offer the best price possible on the first attempt. After visiting at least five Ford dealers in Monmouth and Ocean counties a few years ago, I finally purchased my 2011 Ford at DCH and just last week, I again purchased a new Ford at DCH. My salesman, Joe Rouette, was able to locate the exact vehicle with the options that I wanted and within a few days, I was the happy owner of another new Ford. Joe went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the vehicle and facilitated a very fair trade-in of my older Ford. Joe was an amazing salesman, very patient, pleasant to deal with and always very professional. DCH is one of the best Ford dealerships that I have ever dealt with. They are extremely fair and there is never any pressure, hidden costs, schemes or gimmicks and never any hassles. Everything is "straight forward and above board." DCH prides itself on always attending to their customer's needs. I have had my Ford serviced at DCH for over nine years and always deal with Joe Bachorik, a Senior Service Advisor. Joe is great to deal with, always helpful and pleasant and takes the time to be certain that my Ford is well taken care of as well as patiently answering the many questions and concerns that I may have about maintenance, etc. I can't say enough about DCH and their philosophy of making sure that the customer is always happy. This is the only Ford dealership that I will ever purchase a vehicle from and will always have it serviced here.
