Everyone I dealt with from sales, service and parts went out of their way for me. I added a bunch of accessories from the parts dept and had service install them before I picked up the truck. I scheduled a night to pick up the truck and it was ready for me. Finance found a better rate for me than previously discussed. Everyone was great!! More

The deal was very fair and I left happy with the purchase. Then I realized there was a problem with the touch screen. They invited me right back in and attempted to resolve the issue. Turned out it was determined a new part was needed. They turned me over to the service department who was phenomenal to work with. They were responsive, when the part came in they called me, I made an appointment, and the problem was solved. I've already recommended these guys to a family member. More

Very long day To be fair, everyone was pleasant and greeted me. The salesperson was nice, but sort of disorganized. A checklist of tasks would be of help and smooth our the process. She was busy with me (first) then another walk-in customer (former sale?) came in, which resulted in me having to wait and wait. The finance guys were high pressure, which I did not appreciate at all. Didn't feel like I was respected as a purchasing customer. I was at the dealership for 6+ hours. Too much time sitting and waiting. The music was too loud for me; had some difficulty communicating with my salesperson. The dealership is going through a remodel, so the car prep took much longer than expected, which should have been explained to me. They need to get a magazine rack, TV, or snack bar/vending or something for customers. Six hours without anything to eat was not customer friendly. If you do buy there, bring some food. Not sure I would recommend. More

Sales person Devin McQuade Ford Eatontown he listened to All My Car Interests and introduced me to 2019 Ecosport Titanium. "I love it",!!! I suggested to Devin it's a big deal to drive up higher on road Now I can see traffic ahead. Ecosport drives smooth I feel very comfortable in this model.
