First time car buyer and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Priscilla (aka QUEEN) was my amazing saleswomen! Stern and upfront about everything, but not pushy and very easy to talk to. Once we agreed on a price and monthly payments, while my girl friend and I waited for the car to be detailed and get a new battery, she ordered us a pizza while we waited. The finance manager ( I forget his name, sorry!) was again upfront and very professional and everything went smoothly and quick. We waited a while but that's because they had to order the battery and have it sent to the dealership, which we didn't mind. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Queen and DCH Ford of Eatontown. If you're looking for car, definitely check them out. More

Ms. Robinson was thorough, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable of many vehicles due to having over 20 years of experience. So easy going and helpful, she gives you tidbits of necessary info and makes sure you're comfortable throughout your visit. She quickly becomes the friend you need whether you're visiting alone or not. When I came to pick up the car the next day, she went over some features and helped me set up various technologies for my convenience, spending more time with me rather than simply shoving me back into the world after taking my money. And she also offers $$ as a referral bonus. Not many sales people do... The price I paid was excellent! Even when I called to check if the car was in stock, the woman who answered the phone had a much nicer demeanor than other dealerships. When visiting the dealership, you get people. Not bribers, thieves, or anything else as far as I'm concerned. Already thinking in terms of years from now and getting my next car, I can't wait to go back :) More
