We are so very excited with the purchase of our 2025 Explorer. This is the 3rd Explorer we purchased from DCH. Two of which were from Tony (Anthony) Mills at DCH Ford. Tony made it his mission to fin Explorer. This is the 3rd Explorer we purchased from DCH. Two of which were from Tony (Anthony) Mills at DCH Ford. Tony made it his mission to find the vehicle we were looking for. His main goal was to find the vehicle that we would make great memories with and bring us happiness and pride when driving it. He did just that. DCH is a friendly dealership from the greeting by Lori at the door, to the caring salesperson, Tony, and the financial expert, Vince. Finally a positive car buying experience. I started shopping online and was connected with Sierra. She gave me the information I requested and responsive but not pushy. I stopped by the Deale I started shopping online and was connected with Sierra. She gave me the information I requested and responsive but not pushy. I stopped by the Dealership for my Trade to be evaluated and met with Izzy Avila. He had my car inspected and me on my way in 15 Minutes. I was amazed he was able to get me out the door so fast without the drama I have experienced with other dealerships of waiting and having to sit down for hours. He got my trade number sent over with the best offer on the New Explorer I was interested in. This offer was far better than any other Ford dealer. Izzy made the Car buying experience stress free and simple. When I went in to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork they gave me exactly what was promised. No surprises. It was refreshing to see that there can be a great experience buying a New Cat instead of the drama and hours of sitting and waiting I have had in the past.
