I went to DCH dodge to purchase a new truck because my parents have bought both their vehicles through them and have had an excellent experience. I had a specific truck in mind when I got there, I wanted parents have bought both their vehicles through them and have had an excellent experience. Glenn(sales) found the truck in Fullerton, however when they called the other dealership to see about the truck, they found out that dealership had gone out of business. So Kyle(GM) did all he could to get the truck for me, and he did. About 2 days later I went in to sign the contract and go over the vehicle with Beau(Sales),he was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. I drove off with the truck that afternoon. About a week later I recieved the news that they were having trouble financing me, So Eric(Financing) and Kyle(GM) did everything in their power to get this to go through, and they did. I got a GREAT deal on the truck and I couldnt ask for better service. A week later I had a 2in lift put on the front and a bedliner put in, and I delt with Sheldon(Service Drive) he was very easy to deal with and my truck was done by the end of the day. My Overall Experience with DCH Dodge has been GREAT and anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle should go to DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula and ask for either Glenn or Beau they are the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever met.
