I went to Kyle Nyswonger(GM) to resolve a problem with my 2006 300 Touring that was created by the factory. After much research (DCH's) they identified the problem as a result of a manufacturers change within the same model year. The discontinued feature was an important reason for our original purchase. I was listened to respectfully, and there was great effort to resolve my issue. Every promise was kept and every phone called was returned.
