TWO THUMPS DOWN !!!!! Serviced my Jeep here and it came back all dirty. They left grease and screws in my jeep. No one had an explanation. They wouldn't even wash my jeep. I paid a lot of money for service here and I EXPECT much better quality in service. I will never go here ever again !!!! More

I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty with 97000 miles. This is a vehicle known to have power window problems. When the right front window failed, I contacted Chrysler customer service and explained the problem. Wit vehicle known to have power window problems. When the right front window failed, I contacted Chrysler customer service and explained the problem. Within 24 hours a representative called me back and took all my information. He told me to get in touch with DCH Jeep service. I called them the next day and spoke to T.J. in service and he made arrangements for me to bring it in a few days later. I was treated very well by everyone in service especially T.J. and the problem was fixed the same day and cost me nothing. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially their service dept. More

It was raining like crazy in Southern California and the motor on my driver's side window was not working. Did I mention the window was stuck DOWN?! I drove to my dealer to see if they could hook me up. motor on my driver's side window was not working. Did I mention the window was stuck DOWN?! I drove to my dealer to see if they could hook me up. (I had already had to replace this particular motor once already and had bought it from DCH). After FINALLY finding my purchase order in their records I was told that I was out of warrenty. Alright, then, I asked what are my other options? Well, they could fix it but not only would it take awhile (the mechanics were going to lunch) and I would be charged for it but when I asked to borrow a screwdriver to get the window temporarily up myself they said they couldn't do that. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I will not go back to DCH for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER! Their Service Department's Customer Service has never been overly helpful and I have never felt like I was getting a good deal out of them. In this day and age, when Customer Service can make or break a business, I'm surprised these guys are still in business. More

I have dealt with TJ in the service department for a couple of years. He is always straight forward and easy to talk with. I seem to get the real story from him, mostly good but even when I need to fi couple of years. He is always straight forward and easy to talk with. We recently purchased a used 2010 Jeep Liberty Sport from DCH Chrysler Jeep in Temecula, CA. The purchase experience was unlike any previous used automobile purchase we have made. John Rabe the Used Car Manager and his staff (including vehicle service personnel) were outstanding! Being unfamiliar with the Jeep Liberty vehicles, John and our sales representative, Glenn Auler, were very knowledgeable in helping us understand exactly how the Jeep Liberty would fit our needs and requirements. Their knowledge of the various features of the Jeep Liberty we were interested in purchasing was extensive and with their patient guidance, we decided Jeep would be exactly what we needed! The preparation of paperwork and final settlement process was very efficient and every person in the process was very considerate of our time. After receiving a thorough “introduction” to our vehicle, we were introduced to the Parts and Service personnel for future service needs. We can’t recommend DCH Chrysler Jeep of Temecula, John Rabe, Glenn Auler and Andrew Field in Service more highly; we are customers “for life”!! More

What A Great Parts Department!!!!! I had initially What A Great Parts Department!!!!! I had initially purchased through EBAY some towing mirrors for my truck. I then ended up not needing the mirrors What A Great Parts Department!!!!! I had initially purchased through EBAY some towing mirrors for my truck. I then ended up not needing the mirrors as I purchased a different truck. I had emailed the parts department and explained my situation to see if I could return the mirrors. They informed me no problem send them back and they would give me a store credit. I then wanted to get some steps for my new 2010 truck. After some searching we finally found some. Dodge is not real quick with accessories for new model trucks. We ordered them and much to our dismay dodge had issues and delays. This was very frustrating but in no way the parts department fault. So we came up with a different solution. A rear spoiler from my challenger. They painted it and shipped it no problem. What a great experience with customer service from this dealership's parts department. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am. I will tell everyone to deal with these guys because they are honest and have the customer in mind, which is hard to find these days. Thanks for what you do. Sincerely Mike Chavez Albq NM More

I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and diligence. They made buying a car and trading one car and a Harley in effortless on our end. Through and through DCH Temecula has our business fr and diligence. They made buying a car and trading one car and a Harley in effortless on our end. Through and through DCH Temecula has our business from now on. Our deal wasn't an easy one and they accomplished it with no questions asked. The GM, was incredible to us, he made us at ease, welcomed us openly. The staff called a few days later to check on us and our new purchase, they remembered when our child was due, asked us how everything was going and asked if we needed anything. Above all the costumer service was bar none the best that I have ever experienced. We would refer anyone and everyone to DCH Temecula. Well I was told they were looking for a car for us and after two days, nothing but I was promised to be called back and never would they call back. I finally got the manager call me and tell me they got after two days, nothing but I was promised to be called back and never would they call back. I finally got the manager call me and tell me they got a car they are trying to get from another dealer but then 5min turned into 5 hours and no call. I called back another hour later cause other dealers have the car I want but I had loyalty here...at first. I called back and the girl told me he was in another deal and he was busy. I am like this is nuts for I was yesterdays deal but now I am not as important. So now no call back and they close in 1 hour. Wasted my Sunday where I could have driven to LA and got the car and been cruising it now. Just never ever ever ever have a dealer get you a car. some cars other dealers will not release and so they string u along til they can get one. NE way people were nice but service was shady and overall not happy with how I was treated. I told the girl ok if he is busy then so be it...thanks and goodbye. The girl was like.. Ok bye! WOW More
