When I purchased my car my salesmen took me to parts to pick out accessories for my new car. Bree was there to help and was very knowledgeable onthe accessories. Was very impressed with the service we received from the first phone call on March 9, 2011 to set up an appointment, arriving and being treated with the up most respect on March 10, 2011. While waiting in the customer service lounge we found that every employee that came in spoke with us, ask how we were doing and if there was any thing that we needed or that they could get for us. Mr. Pratt kept us up to date on the progress of the work. We arrived around 6:30 am on March 10, 2011 was seen at 7:00 am and our jeep was ready for us at 9:48 am on the same day.
