I bought a 2008 Sebring Convertible and I love it! The service department at DCH is fantastic! TJ is the one I always bring my car to when I need service and he is great! He always takes care of me whenever I bring my car in for anything. I am always treated with respect and always out in a timely manner which is important because of my busy schedule. TJ always goes above and beyond and I appreciate him and the customer service he provides. I would definitely recommend anyone that wants great customer service to go to DCH and to ask for TJ. More
I brought my car in for oil change and for a minor flaw in paint. My car was taken back for service right away and was out within 45 minutes if that. I went to DCH dodge to purchase a new truck because my parents have bought both their vehicles through them and have had an excellent experience. I had a specific truck in mind when I got there, I wanted parents have bought both their vehicles through them and have had an excellent experience. I had a specific truck in mind when I got there, I wanted the patriot blue dodge 1500 big horn. Glenn(sales) found the truck in Fullerton, however when they called the other dealership to see about the truck, they found out that dealership had gone out of business. So Kyle(GM) did all he could to get the truck for me, and he did. About 2 days later I went in to sign the contract and go over the vehicle with Beau(Sales),he was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know. I drove off with the truck that afternoon. About a week later I recieved the news that they were having trouble financing me, So Eric(Financing) and Kyle(GM) did everything in their power to get this to go through, and they did. I got a GREAT deal on the truck and I couldnt ask for better service. A week later I had a 2in lift put on the front and a bedliner put in, and I delt with Sheldon(Service Drive) he was very easy to deal with and my truck was done by the end of the day. My Overall Experience with DCH Dodge has been GREAT and anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle should go to DCH Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Temecula and ask for either Glenn or Beau they are the friendliest and most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever met. Sheldon provided the absolute best CUSTOMER SERVICE my wife and i have ever experienced dealing with car dealers. my pregnant wife and 2 year old son had to have our dodge durango towed in for an overheat wife and i have ever experienced dealing with car dealers. my pregnant wife and 2 year old son had to have our dodge durango towed in for an overheating problem , i was out of THE AREA on a job at the time . SHELDON TOOK CARE OF MY WIFE , GOT THE DURANGO IN FOR SERVICE , GOT MY WIFE A RIDE HOME ON FRIDAY AND THEN CALLED US ON MONDAY AND HAD ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR PROVIDE A FREE RENTAL UNTIL OUR CAR WAS FINISHED ON WEDNSDAY . WE WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING TO THIS DEALERSHIP . SHELDON WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM ANYONE , HIS CURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL MANNER WON US OVER , AND WE ARE ACTUALY THINKING OF BUYING OUR NEXT DODGE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Bill Olejnik at DCH Temecula is a true professional. I brought my vehicle in for some minor issues at the end of my extended warranty (70,000 mi warranty, brought it in at 69,996!). All the original probl brought my vehicle in for some minor issues at the end of my extended warranty (70,000 mi warranty, brought it in at 69,996!). All the original problems were fixed, but Bill noticed a noise that prompted him to investigate further. In his relaxed, easy going manner, he convinced me to leave my vehicle at the dealership for further troubleshooting. I got my vehicle back with a new engine. They also did some transmission work, all under warranty. I was shocked. I had no idea there was even a problem. Thank you Bill and DCH Temecula. Your level of service, honesty and professionalism is stunning! More

We came under the capable care of Chris Fisher and we were impressed with the knowledge that he had. We came in to "look" at a RAM truck and ended up driving out with it. We've purchased 2 Dodge trucks from this dealership and each time has been a pleasant experience. Nancy Preciado in finance was a tremendous help and very pleasant. We appreciate her help in assisting us to fill out the paper work . . . even though we goofed and she had to redo our paper work - it was done with a smile! Our advice? I have purchased two vehicles from DCH Dodge of Temecula. A 2007 Ram 1500 and a 2007 PT. The level of customer service was unreal for a dealership. I can not stress enough how picky I am when it comes to my vehicles. When it says 5 star dealership I expect 5.5 stars and the staff at DCH will agree. There were times that I was not happy and I pointed out what I did not like to the service manager and the issues were taken care of no questions asked they just fixed it right by my standards not theirs. That is why I returned to the dealership to purchase the PT. When you go or call this dealership to purchase a vehicle ask for Glen Aulder or Todd Gross. If you need service ask for Donovan Ricks. I went to Kyle Nyswonger(GM) to resolve a problem with my 2006 300 Touring that was created by the factory. After much research (DCH's) they identified the problem as a result of a manufacturers change within the same model year. The discontinued feature was an important reason for our original purchase. I was listened to respectfully, and there was great effort to resolve my issue. Every promise was kept and every phone called was returned. This team is exceptional and I gladly recomend this dealership knowing that you will be more than pleased as well. More
