By far this has been my worst experience buying and servicing a car. Earlier this year we bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from DCH Temecula. We were torn between a Jeep for sale at Mazda Temecula and DCH. servicing a car. Earlier this year we bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from DCH Temecula. We were torn between a Jeep for sale at Mazda Temecula and DCH. We ended up buying the Jeep from DCH with the hopes that a Jeep dealership would be easier to work with for service and customer relations. Well I was wrong and I should have gone with the Mazda Dealer. To start with we bought the Jeep in the evening time. It looked great on the lot in the setting sun. In the morning after a more careful inspection the hood and roof section above the window had pressure dents throughout. But I know that it was my wife and I who should have seen the dents prior to buying the car. ( My mistake )I will eat that mistake! After a week of driving the car we took it back in and told the service center at Jeep that the brakes were very wobbly and there was a clicking in the steering. They said they would'nt cover the brake issues due to wear and tear and they could feel the problem in the steering. We have only had the car for a week! What wear and tear? Time - 8 months go by and my wife takes the car back to DCH for an oil change and the service guy states that now the car needs a transmission flush and a brake flush. He wrote this in red as in it needs immediate attention. We've only had the car for 8 months with less than 6k miles of easy town driving on the car. All those fluids should have been checked and changed before we bought the car. Last week I went in and talked to the service manager ( Troy ) about the issues with the car. he told me he'd work on the issues. To include checking the steering. We still had the same issue that I took in initially the week after we bought the car. I met with a service member, (Jose) Jose and I sat in the car and I showed him the steering issue. He told me exactly what it was and that they were having the same issues with other Wranglers. It was the steering column or steering linkages and they had to change out parts. Well I heard back from our service writer ( Justin ) and he said they would not cover the steering issues. He said it was to long and also that the extended 100,000 mile warranty that we purchased for the vehicle wouldn't cover the issue. But then he said he would cover the issue but would charge us $100 for the deductable fee. $100 for a car that was flawed upon purchase. All in all I will never buy a car from DCH again, nor will I recomend anyone in my sphere of influence to buy a car at DCH Jeep Temecula! More

I cannot say enough poor things about my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2008 Mazda CX-7 from them In February of 2012. A week after getting the car the engine light came on. I had a friend this dealership. I purchased a 2008 Mazda CX-7 from them In February of 2012. A week after getting the car the engine light came on. I had a friend hook it up to see why the light was on because I was working everyday so taking it down was impossible at the time and quite frankly I shouldn't have to after a week of having it. It looked like the gas cap because it was a little frayed... He turned the engine light off since the car was running okay...at exactly five weeks of having the car, the AC compressor blew out while I was driving, smoke pouring out of the car, etc. I had it towed back where they got to it the next day, I expressed on the service ticket about that problem, the engine light, and a new "diesel" sound the front passenger side makes. I was so fed up already. They called the next day to tell me the smoke was because of the AC compressor and they sent it to Mazda to fix that, but the engine light was due to a bad purge selinoid valve which controls emissions and since it's emissions it is not covered, and whn I said the car came with a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty and that I was told if ANYTHING should go wrong in that time frame they will fix it, they said no, it's 300 dollars to fix and John Rabe said it was sold as is. They offered me a chance to get a new car if I was unhappy with this, so four days later they put me in a 2012 new dodge caliber. Ten days later they called saying the bank doesn't want to Fund it so they may need it back, but told me to keep it while they try to push the deal through. At five weeks they said they need the car back and I'll take my Mazda back. The day I bring the dodge they don't have a porter so we have to take the dodge to the storage lot and get it. I get taken to a dirt storage lot where it's been sitting for five weeks, it's filthy! There is a new dent in the door that looks like a rock hit it. Nobody washed it, nobody looked it over to make sure everything was in working order, I had to take the filthy Mazda off the storage lot myself, while the guy was "nice enough" to wait to leave until I started the car, in case the battery was dead. So now I have a car that still sounds like the "diesel" once warmed up(not normal) , a bad purge valve so the car won't pass smog which leads me to believe it never did. I complained to the dealership and got a cookie cutter response of "sorry , someone will be contacting you" which nobody ever did. This dealership is horrible!! Selling cars with problems they refuse to fix, knowing xxxx well they shouldn't have sold it to begin with and they have no intention of making it right. I will never do business with them, and have convinced several people to write them off as well. And it's only the beginning. More

It was not the sales man that went back in forth to the manager who was rude. It was the MANGER! I have bought cars in the past from different dealer ships and I have never had a manager wait to I'm outs manager who was rude. It was the MANGER! I have bought cars in the past from different dealer ships and I have never had a manager wait to I'm outside to leave and try to come talk to me about a new deal and be rude at that! I feel a deal could have been made but you blew it with your attitude! And then to find out that you haven't even lower the price to what the internet was offering on the same vehicle! Shame on you!! Purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on Valentines day 2011. It had a few problems that took numerous trips back and forth to finally get corrected. Service and sales department personal we Valentines day 2011. It had a few problems that took numerous trips back and forth to finally get corrected. Service and sales department personal were not familiar with their own product causing the numerous trips. The latest, after taking it in for an oil change, they told me that there was a small leak at the transmission which would require them to have the vehicle for the day. I made an appointmemt, rearranged my day, only to be called shortly there after that the part they had in stock wasn't the correct one, etc etc etc. I've heard from this dealer over and over! Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere! The Jeep? We lovd it, just not the dealer. More
