As I had mentioned in my review, I tried numerous times to have a one on one meeting with your GM about the issues I had with my vehicle. While I can appreciate the GM is busy, My issues were important to me the customer and should have been recognized. .I felt that both the Service and Sales Managers didn't make more of an effort to offer me substantial compensation for my bad experience. I had purchased the vehicle from your dealership about 18 months ago and expected better treatment. As to what can be done now for me going forward, that's up to your GM to decide. That is if he's willing to discuss in person with me further my concerns. If we can come to terms, I would consider amending my review. Thank you.
