Our purchase and service experience has been the best..I would and have recommended them to others. Since this purchase our grown family members have bought 2 other vehicles from them. In the sales department, we had a no pressure and a very pleasant experience to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The vehicle we purchased had some cosmetic items that needed to be addressed in the service department, it required they keep our car for about 5 days, the Service Advisor was terrific, setup a rental car and did an awesome job keeping us informed as to when our vehicle would be ready. More
The salesperson, Glen Aluf, was great. After sale service from Service manager Taylor and Service Supervisor Steve was terrible. No communication and when I went to the dealership to find out what wa service from Service manager Taylor and Service Supervisor Steve was terrible. No communication and when I went to the dealership to find out what was going on with my car, I was treated like an inconvenience. My business partner witnessed the way I was treated and went 20 miles away to buy a Jeep from another dealer. I hope to never have to take my new car back to DCH again and be treated with such disrespect. More
Update as of 3/28/13- Ever since I wrote my initial Update as of 3/28/13- Ever since I wrote my initial review in January, I received a phone call from the DCH Temecula General Manager, Rick Matthews Update as of 3/28/13- Ever since I wrote my initial review in January, I received a phone call from the DCH Temecula General Manager, Rick Matthews. Mr. Matthews listened to my concerns and stated he had spoken with the gentlemen I was spoke with previous at DCH, Richard Crosby. I was told that Mr. Crosby had no idea who I was. Gee... Way to make a customer feel like another number!! Mr. Matthews apologized for the lack of communication as that is one thing they PRIDE themselves on, and promised to ship me floor mats as well as cover 6 months of my Sirius radio. Mr. Matthews followed up our phone conversation with an email documenting our conversation and the promises made to me. Within that email, I was advised I would see the floor mats within the next 2 weeks. Well.. A month went by, NO FLOORMATS! I emailed Mr. Matthews mid-end February asking for a follow up. No email or phone call back. I called DCH, and left a voicemail requesting response. It has been almost 3 months since I was promised AGAIN of simple FLOORMATS, and I have been ignored. What kind of Customer Service is this? Pitiful. I recently purchased a vehicle from DCH in Temecula a few months ago. While the initial experience was decent, I have had the WORST Customer experience since. The first red flag came when I was reviewing and negotiating my Monthly Rates and Interest Rates, another Sales Rep took the keys from the person assisting me, to take ANOTHER COUPLE FOR A TEST DRIVE IN MY CAR! I should have read into this as a sign to take my money and go somewhere else! But I stayed, and figured the Sales Rep was a complete idiot, and moved forward. While signing papers to purchase this vehicle, The dealership promise me Trail Memberships and Services, which enticed me to walk off the lot that day with a new car. Only to find out they were not going to warrant their promise. After pulling teeth with the Sales Manager to grant me my promised offers, DCH has completely ignored all phone calls, and emails regarding a follow up on what they promised for 3 MONTHS, and their continues to be no care on DCH's side to right their wrongs with me. It is apparent that DCH was ONLY concerned about making their commission, and once they got me to sign, they could care LESS. I HIGHLY warn anyone who wants an HONEST experience, to stay away from this place. Had I known what nightmares this was going to cause, I could have gone right across the street. I would never wish my experience on anyone. There are too many dealerships out there to be treated the way they have treated me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! More
I purchased a used car and less then a month the key with remote stopped working and I contacted the dealer and was told it was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay. I was furious as this shoul remote stopped working and I contacted the dealer and was told it was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay. I was furious as this should have been checked and taken care of before the car was sold. The salesman was useless and did nothing to try and help, so i contacted the GM and was taken care of within minutes. When i drove to the dealer, i was told i had to pay because there was nothing stated it was covered, after 10 minutes of going back and forth with the horrible customer service, they finally located my paperwork stating I was not to be charged. There was a sales manager who was very after over hearing how I was being talked to and treated by the sales dept. He took time out of what he was doing and helped me, had the car taken of and my remote was done within an hour and apologized for the way i was treated. I will never send business to this dealership, and will not be returning as I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. I have also filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. More
Bought a new Rubicon here this past spring. Everyone in the sales dept. and the parts dept were easy to deal with. Came back for service and Warranty work two weeks ago. We bought a Dodge Caravan 2012 in May at an unbeatable price. I dealt with dozens of other dealerships from San Diego up to Los Angeles and no one came close to the price we were given at DCH Jeep Chrysl price. They really fight hard for your business. We needed a DVD player installed in the rear and Taylor in the Service Department has been the greatest help and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of and that our experience with DCH JCD of Temecula is nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership! More

They have helped me over the years to maintain my 1999 300m so that people are incredulous that the car could possibly be that old, as it looks very new. Bill always recognizes me when I come into the driveway even though I might not have made an appointment but rather stopped by to ask a question. I have been a customer at DCH since when it was Norm Reeves, and my husband and I were also happy with our previous service on our Eagle and Jeep. More
By far this has been my worst experience buying and servicing a car. Earlier this year we bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from DCH Temecula. We were torn between a Jeep for sale at Mazda Temecula and DCH. servicing a car. Earlier this year we bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from DCH Temecula. We were torn between a Jeep for sale at Mazda Temecula and DCH. We ended up buying the Jeep from DCH with the hopes that a Jeep dealership would be easier to work with for service and customer relations. Well I was wrong and I should have gone with the Mazda Dealer. To start with we bought the Jeep in the evening time. It looked great on the lot in the setting sun. In the morning after a more careful inspection the hood and roof section above the window had pressure dents throughout. But I know that it was my wife and I who should have seen the dents prior to buying the car. ( My mistake )I will eat that mistake! After a week of driving the car we took it back in and told the service center at Jeep that the brakes were very wobbly and there was a clicking in the steering. They said they would'nt cover the brake issues due to wear and tear and they could feel the problem in the steering. We have only had the car for a week! What wear and tear? Time - 8 months go by and my wife takes the car back to DCH for an oil change and the service guy states that now the car needs a transmission flush and a brake flush. He wrote this in red as in it needs immediate attention. We've only had the car for 8 months with less than 6k miles of easy town driving on the car. All those fluids should have been checked and changed before we bought the car. Last week I went in and talked to the service manager ( Troy ) about the issues with the car. he told me he'd work on the issues. To include checking the steering. We still had the same issue that I took in initially the week after we bought the car. I met with a service member, (Jose) Jose and I sat in the car and I showed him the steering issue. He told me exactly what it was and that they were having the same issues with other Wranglers. It was the steering column or steering linkages and they had to change out parts. Well I heard back from our service writer ( Justin ) and he said they would not cover the steering issues. He said it was to long and also that the extended 100,000 mile warranty that we purchased for the vehicle wouldn't cover the issue. But then he said he would cover the issue but would charge us $100 for the deductable fee. $100 for a car that was flawed upon purchase. All in all I will never buy a car from DCH again, nor will I recomend anyone in my sphere of influence to buy a car at DCH Jeep Temecula! More

Today I went to the tire stor to pick up my car and they said who has worked on your truck! They left a rag on the engine.....Nope you got 4820 you will never get another dime sorry.. More
