I took my 05 Dodge Daytona in for a key fob program , oil change and tire rotation was given a quote at drop off ,upon pick up of my vehicle I was over charged $38.00 service dpt was closed . I checked my truck the tires had not been rotated nor the oil changed, I called the service mgr I was told the best tires are put on the front so they could not rotate them { all my tires are new coming for first rotation] and he stated oil had been changed. upon inspection I was 1/2 quart low old oil filter still there. called the Dealedship manager no responce.called DCH corporate office filed complant was called back the next day by the dealership mgr they picked up my truck rotated the tires [did not change oil] called mgr again was offred 3 free oil changes. took my 08 Dodge Avenger with full life time drive train warrenty for the free oil change with in a week I had leaked 1 quart of oil on my garage floor brought it back I was accused by the service mgr of my self or another mechanic messing up my oil pan [ no one touched it ] the service mgr and myself talked to the dealership mgr the out come was the Dealership mgr handed me a oil pan and mopar gasket rtv told me to take my car some where else and ---never to come back to there dealership again.--- I have purchesed 2 new Dodge vehicles and 4 used I concider myself a loyal Dodge coustomer they made the mastakes and or ripped off myself the coustomer I have never been treated so rudely. my advice avoid buying a car or serviceing a car at this Dealership. my next step is filing with the BBB I already contacted Dodge corp office and have a case number More
Was on the lot the other day looking at the new Jeeps when we came across a used 2009 BMW X-5 that had a great price. It was a great price and the wife loved it. The first thing I let them know was that my personal bank had great financing rates on used vehicles and that I already had approval. So this finance guy, Jon Cristy, tries feeding me some bull-#$@ about how the milage, year, type of vehicle all played a part in upping the APR by over 3.5 points! and that was "the best" they could do. Of course 20 min later he lowers it 2 points. Wait...it gets better! Still convinced I can do better I go home and secure my own financing and service contract (theirs was OK at best, there are way better ones out there for less). I come back with a deposit and my financing paperwork, and to say the least...he was not happy. At first he is pulling out what we need to do to finish the sale, pulls the BMW up to get washed, and meanwhile he's telling me how someone else is interested in the same BMW but that he told them I was already here, and that it was "first come first serve"... like he is my buddy or something. Needles to say that all comes to a screeching halt when he realizes what I did with my bank, and the service contract. He says he is going to see if he can beat my banks rate, but comes back 40 min later to tell me that the car just sold. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what he did. I'm in the military and have dealt with unique people from all over the world, but few make my blood boil more than what he just pulled. I'm sure there are better employees, and I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but seriously, watch your back when you go in there. More

I came here for my oil change, primarily because i received a coupon in the mail from them. While I was waiting, i asked where the parts department was and instead of just pointing me in the direction, Taylor walked me over so I would know exactly where to go and who to speak with. She introduced me to Jessica and, while she was with a customer, greeted me with warmth. Jessica was able to take care of what i needed quickly and effectively. You don't find such great customer service anymore. She definetly went above and beyond her job duties!!! Mr.Greg carey Gave me an excellent experience on purchasing a brand new car. He was very friendly and inviting. And because I lived up the street he considered I take a test drive and allowed to use the car I purchased to retrieve the paper work I needed and because my car was a lease he really put in effort in helping me getting a good deal due to my car being a lease there was a buy out. Would had a negative impact on my purchase. But as a success I walked out with a brand new car Dodge Charge Daytona 2013 at great price. Very friendly environment, Never once did I fell uncomfortable or pressured in purchasing a car. I will recommend Greg Carey as well as the car dealership to all friends family and strangers. I purchased my first Chrysler, a beautiful Black Chrysler-300, at DCH Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep of Temecula, on Monday. I am a veteran car buyer, and I will tell you my overall experience was as good a Chrysler-300, at DCH Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep of Temecula, on Monday. I am a veteran car buyer, and I will tell you my overall experience was as good as it gets!! First, I got a great price on the vehicle, which was the right color and had the equipment I wanted (note some other dealers in the region did not have the big selection in stock, which DCH had) and once I picked out the car I wanted, the rest was easy! I explained my situation, and where I wanted to be with respect to payment and terms of the loan. Alan, my salesman, and Nick, the sales manager, did not play any games with me, and we got to what I felt was a win-win conclusion, in short order. I was quickly approved, and then I was set up to meet with Levi, the finance manager. Levi presented to me some options with respect to the extended warranty, which I could not pass up. I was in and out of his office, completing all the paperwork, in less than 30 minutes. While I was getting the contract completed and signed, Alan had them wash and gas the new 300, and shortly thereafter, it was waiting for me to drive home. The staff noticed some water spots on the glass and paint, and as it was very late in the evening, Alan advised me to coordinate an agreeable time to bring it in, so their detail shop could remove the spots. I brought the car by the next day, and they completed the service in a couple of hours, and made the car look like a black diamond!! Again, I was treated with respect, I was not pressured, and I negotiated a great and realistic price, as well as took advantage of the great rebate incentive currently being offered on the 300 models. Moreover, they followed through with all their verbal promises, after the contract was signed! I cannot say enough, about the entire purchase experience!! I give this dealership and the sales team a solid A+!!! BTW, I just love my new 300 with NAV!! What an awesome looking and great ride this is!! It is amazing, it is rated 31 mpg highway, and such a big package!! In just three days of ownership, I have had many looks, and many comments from folks walking by, when I am out and about town. These guys will surely have my business in the future too!! More
