I arrived very early because I had an appointment for a recall on my transmission. Joel was very punctual, fast and cordial. I forgot the gentleman's name but he was EXTRA ORDINARY to say the least. He took me to my home residence and worked with me. He also went out of his way to pick me up when my vehicle was ready for pick up and drove all the way from the dealership to my home residence to get me. On the way to and from my residence he was very polite, helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and interesting. He spoke very highly of the dealership he works for. In my book, the man has a lot of integrity. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from DCH Jeep. I go way before the dealership was named DCH. I'm a long time customer of this dealership and the one thing that keeps me coming back for my auto needs is their customer service and friendliness.
