When the transaction was over, it was past closing time but he went out of his way to show us how to work the special features inside the vehicle. Joanna McKenna, the finance officer, was equally great to work with. She made the less "fun" part of buying a vehicle as painless as possible and was friendly and efficient. We didn't feel confused or misled by anything she explained. We drove an hour from home to get to the dealership, but we're really glad we did. It was worth the drive. More

2014 Charger R/T - Very Happy! I did my research and shopped around at several dealerships for the best offer. I visited Moss Brothers in Riverside and Browning in Norco, and DCH's I did my research and shopped around at several dealerships for the best offer. I visited Moss Brothers in Riverside and Browning in Norco, and DCH's customer service, friendliness, and professionalism is simply unmatched in my experience. I was unsatisfied with the initial offer on my 2007 Honda Accord trade-in, but Alan and Nathan eventually got it up to my initial asking price, and took an additional $500 off on an already killer deal for a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Charger with only 5600 miles that had every feature and option I wanted, plus more, and it was cheaper than the one I originally wanted. Not only that, but Alan came back in to the dealership at 8:45pm (they close at 9pm) after having left work for the day already. He and Nancy (finance) stayed and worked with me until 10:30pm - 90 MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSE - to get me squared away. Alan even helped my wife and I transfer everything from my Honda over to the new Charger (I hadn't cleaned out my car prior to coming in) and did not skimp on making sure he showed me everything I needed to know to get setup, like connecting my phone via Bluetooth, showing how the Adaptive Cruise Control works, navigation, etc. I am very satisfied with my experience here and appreciate how they respected the fact that I had done my research, I was determined to get what I wanted (apart from mentioning some other options, they didn't push anything on me that I didn't want), and I was determined get not just a good deal, but the best deal. Chris Bennet and the great team at DCH Chrysler/Jeep! My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from a dealer in Colorado while on vacation. When we had it shipped to us in Cali we took it My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from a dealer in Colorado while on vacation. When we had it shipped to us in Cali we took it to the in-laws and a family member pointed out to us some pretty bad fin damage to the condenser in front of the radiator. He had been a Jeep guru for many years and told us that in our Cali heat we had a higher chance of overheating due to the blockage of airflow through the condenser to the radiator. So we took it into DCH and explained our concern. Since the Jeep had not yet overheated they said we couldn't replace it under warranty, so we contacted the dealership in Colorado and they agreed to pay for a replacement part. We brought in back to DCH and Chris Bennett was the advisor who took us in. We let him know what was going on and he told us he'd take care of it. Chris even picked up on the fact that the drier/receiver should also be replaced (even though it's not absolutely necessary) just to make sure that everything would be perfect. He was even able to get the Colorado dealership to pay the extra $$ to cover the cost of the drier/receiver for us! Throughout the process Chris was constantly in contact with me to give me updates, and always gave me a timeline even though I never had to ask for one. I am self-employed and very busy most of the day, so I really appreciated that he valued my time enough to keep me informed and let me know exactly how things were progressing. THANK YOU CHRIS!!
