Most unprofessional dealership This dealership states they put customer service first.....not even close to truth. Fact remains they put their customers last....and only concerned This dealership states they put customer service first.....not even close to truth. Fact remains they put their customers last....and only concerned with sales/numbers/money. There is not one honest word from salesman, mgr or even finance. BUYERS BEWARE....turn your car around and go elsewhere, after this experience, I understand why people buy from private parties. More

Terrible attitude from service writer My wife brought our Dodge Ram 2500 in for the airbag recall and asked if they could also reflash the Totally Integrated Power Module(TIPM) because the My wife brought our Dodge Ram 2500 in for the airbag recall and asked if they could also reflash the Totally Integrated Power Module(TIPM) because the right turn signals weren't working. This seems to be a common problem with Dodge as you can do a google search and find all kinds of information about it on the internet. Michael Casey the service writer told my wife that they haven't heard of any problems with the TIPM and it would be $120 to reflash it, which she had them do. My wife later picked the truck up after the service was completed and was given a list of recommended services to have done. That weekend I performed a oil change and noticed that the dealerships service department forgot to re-engage the engines air filter box lid and fasten the retainer clips and one of the clips was missing. My wife stopped back by the dealership the following Monday and spoke with their service writer Michael Casey, who got an attitude questioning which clip was missing from the air cleaner so she had to call me at work to explain which one it was. She also showed him some information about the problems with the TIPM problem to see if Dodge would reimburse us for the $120 for the reflash. John told my wife that he spoke to his manager and said that our vehicle was 10 years old and the module is was probably no good anyway because it is 10 years old. He laughed at her and told her maybe she should get a hold of Dodge and get in on the class action lawsuit that she show him about the problem with the Dodge modules. Michael could of handle the situation better and said that it wasn't covered and told her maybe to write a letter to Dodge with our concerns. I originally purchased this vehicle from another dealer due to this DHC Dealership wanting me to make an appointment for the following week just to get a test drive so I can see that their customer service hasn't improved in the last 10 years. The Sales Dept. leaves a lot to be desired I stopped by the dealership to discuss a new car lease. The sales person did not get back to me after a couple of weeks. When I called and spoke to I stopped by the dealership to discuss a new car lease. The sales person did not get back to me after a couple of weeks. When I called and spoke to the Fleet Internet Sales Director, who I had met at the dealership, he was impertinent, arrogant, and unfriendly. While raising his voice and nearly shouting at me on the phone, explaining how competent and knowledgeable his dealership was, after he calmed down, he said he would get back to me about leasing the specific car I was looking for. I had initially discussed this vehicle with him and one of his sales staff while at the dealership. Neither he nor his sales person ever contacted me again. For good sales service in getting a specialized/customized vehicle, I don't recommend this dealership. More
Best car purchase experience ever. It was my good fortune to get Greg Carey as a salesperson from the dealer's webpage. Greg was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I f It was my good fortune to get Greg Carey as a salesperson from the dealer's webpage. Greg was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I found a variety of cars/models that interested me. When I went into the dealership, Greg showed me those same cars and made recommendations and suggestions. Although he offered a test drive on each one, I narrowed my search down to three to drive. He could not have been more on top of the information on each car and was able to compare the differences for me as we drove. He applied no pressure as I decided on two that I liked, a new Chrysler 200 vs. a used Chrysler 300. I know that the end of the year makes dealers want to push new cars over their used inventory, but Greg told me that all that mattered was that I got the car I wanted. He worked up pricing on each, got approval for the offers and let me make the decision without pressure. It was a very refreshing experience. Once all was done, he set with me and explained the operation of each feature. Great experience overall! Recommend the dealership, but especially the sales professional! More
Management just doesn't care I'm just going to summarize my experience with the Service Department. Had my used vehicle serviced numerous times for the same problem. The repairs w I'm just going to summarize my experience with the Service Department. Had my used vehicle serviced numerous times for the same problem. The repairs were both covered by an extended warranty I had purchased with the vehicle and by the dealer due to repeat repair problems. Tried to work with the dealership to compensate me for nearly 7 weeks total time my vehicle was in the shop. Was passed on from manager to manager with no real remedy except an offer to trade in the vehicle. When I had left numerous messages for the General Manager of the dealership, I NEVER even received a personal call back from him. Considering the severity of the situation, one would think that the GM would at least show some professionalism to speak to a very unhappy customer. The only employee that actually seemed to care about my concerns was James Gardiner, a Service Adviser. Unfortunately, he wasn't in a position of authority to do anything more for me, All that I can say is stay away from this Dealership. There are better ones in the area, that will care for their customers concerns. I know that for a fact, because I traded in my vehicle for a NEW ONE from another manufacturer. I had a great experience and received professional treatment and a fair offer for both my trade and the new Vehicle! More
Excellent Service Dept. I took my 200C in for it's first check-up and it also had a recall on the transmission. It failed the test and had to be left for repair, I was told I took my 200C in for it's first check-up and it also had a recall on the transmission. It failed the test and had to be left for repair, I was told this could take up to two months which did not please me at all. However, I was pleased that Chrysler stands behind their product and I was given a rental car (paid for by Chrysler). I hated driving the rental which did not compare to my lovely new Chrysler by any means. Imagine my joy when we received a call from DCH after just over two weeks to say that the new transmission had arrived on Saturday and they had worked on Sunday to get it installed. Very, very much appreciated. More
