The service we received at DCH Brunswick Toyota was excellent. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Scheduling of appointments was timely, as well as, my repair. Just wanted to write about my experience.... I own several cars including 2 Toyotas that I purchased in NY. When I moved to Jersey your dealership was recommended highly to me by my inlaws. I met Mike DeAngelis in my first day and felt like I knew him forever. He is the main reason why I use your dealership. He treated me like a longtime friend when I actually knew him for 5 minutes. My next car purchase (for my wife) will be from you guys because of Mike. I actually look forward to something going wrong or a maintence schedule just to stop by and say hello to him. Thanks again for employing such a good guy and having a great dealership that knows how to treat people right!!! More
I drove into the lot at DCH Brunswick and Juan Gallego was instantly at my car asking what he can do for me. he was extremely professional and courteous. He was very helpful in determining what was wrong with my car. He then wrote everything up and told me he would keep me informed. The waiting area at DCH Brunswick was very comfortable and clean. They provided bagels, coffee, gourmet teas and hot chocolate for free. The also have a variety of vending machines and ice cream available. They also provide a variety of reading materials including the local newspapers and USA Today. There is also a television provided for entertainment while you wait and a well equipped children's play area with a separate television and video game system. Michael DeAngelis, the Service Manager, made sure that everything was ok, and was also very professional. He really is a great Manager and runs a great shop! I would recommend DCH Brunswick in North Brunswick, New jersey as a service center. More
The service that Jenny provided for my husband and I was worth the trip in from Staten Island. The service department was very clean and efficient. I have been dealing with Mr. DeAngelis for 18 years. I drive 1 hour each way to have my vehicles serviced since he was transfered to this location. My wife and my self just purchased 2 new vehicles from D drive 1 hour each way to have my vehicles serviced since he was transfered to this location. My wife and my self just purchased 2 new vehicles from Dch Brunswick Toyota only becuase of Mr. DeAngelis. I am so please he is in new facilty that can accomidate customers in the manor he has always accomidated me and my family. I recommend any one who has been mis treated by any other dealer to go to Dch Brunswick Toyota and ask for the Service Manager Michael DeAngelis he will treat you like family. More

DCH Brunswick Toyota is very accomodating to my schedule and that fact that they are such great people to work with make it so much easier. Took my 99 Camry in for Timing Belt change at 90k miles, talked me into changing both drive belts and water pump. Fine, it's better safe than sorry. Then ask them to check on my Check-Engine-Light issue an talked me into changing both drive belts and water pump. Fine, it's better safe than sorry. Then ask them to check on my Check-Engine-Light issue and how it dies at start-up if not giving it a stump at the gas paddle. Was told to change Mass-Air Sensor for the CEL, also told to change the spark plugs, ATF fluids, Air-Fuel Sensor for the start-up problem. Total of $1,800 bucks, in addiiton of the $800 being charged to the belts and pump!!! I had them change the belts and pump, and bought all the parts and changed all above myself, total of $450 in parts and about 3 hours of works for with 5/10 skill-set. What's more, this includes changing of Oxygen sensor that's the REAL CAUSE of the CEL, not Mass-Air sensor. I found out by Googling and buying a hand-held ODBII reader like one from AutoZone who provides free service. All in all, I saved over $1600 by NOT GOING GO BRUNSIWCK TOYOTA!!! Think about spending the money and told later on that was not the cause and will be charged for something else and much more. In addition, I cleaned the throttle body myself, another $60+ saving that was not quoted and might be the reas cause to the start-up problem. Bottom line, do lots of research before going to the dealer, especially DCH Brunswick Toyota. You then know what you are dealing with and how you are being ripped off. Plus buy your parts from some dealers who sell OEM at 30-40% off MSRP online, Brunswick charges you full MSRP plus 10% parts-to-service inter-office markup, another SCAM!!! Guess how they could afford a nice new service building? from ripping off people with expensive and unnecessary repair and maintenance bills. Stay away if possible. Do you wallet a favor, check Toyotanation.com for advice before driving into DCH's "new" service bay. More

I used Brunswick Toyota service dept on and off for several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. However, the new Service building and its "completely" new staff are just amazing. several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. However, the new Service building and its "completely" new staff are just amazing. They are so friendly, pleasant and helpful to deal with. We have both of our vehicles serviced with Jenny. I often go in with my Grandfather to assist him with the servicing of his vehicle,as his English is not the the best. He loves it know that he can speak Spanish with Jenny directly. I no longer have to take a day off each time to help him with servicing of his car. More
