From the moment we drove up to when we drove off in our car there was no question that we had received the most professional and caring service. Upon arrival I told the service adviser (Craig Mayle) that car there was no question that we had received the most professional and caring service. After carefully examining the car, the technician found we needed a new water pump. Many dealerships would have ignored my comments and just changed the oil and sent me on my way But not DCH Brunswick!!! They Care Enough to Listen to The Customer.... I wouldn't go anywhere else! SERVICE GONE SHOCKINGLY RIGHT!!! After bringing my car to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a to the dealership i purchased it from and having an awful service experience there (i wont name where), my sister told me that brunswick toyota had a brand new facility so i decided to bring my car in for service. I was greeted by a sweet lady asking if she was expecting me, ( I think her name was nancy), and immediately after, a gentleman approached my vehicle, smiled and waved at my 3 year old in the back seat and asked what he could do for me. Get this- instead of hustling me to his desk, he made sure my daughter was holding my hand as he walked me around my car pointing out scratches and so on on my vehicle, he opened the hood and showed me where certain things were (things my husband still wont do)! As he spoke to me at his desk, he was certain not to "speed talk" so i could follow and understand what my options were for the different service options for my car. I felt like i was talking to a family member and not someone i had to defend myself against. as we spoke, my lil one got ancy, and what do you suppose this guy did? He produced a huge bag of lolly pops that she could from! i left this dealer in disbelief as i have never had a visit like this to get my car serviced. when i got home and told my husband, he got off the couch (which is a rarity) and called yanni and thanked him. I finally have somewhere i trust to have my car fixed!! Thank You Yanni!! More

I like going here to this dealership for car service because since the facility is new, while waiting they got a large waiting area for people to sit and be comfortable. They got 3 tv monitors, 2 for t because since the facility is new, while waiting they got a large waiting area for people to sit and be comfortable. They got 3 tv monitors, 2 for tv viewing, the 3rd monitor is to check the status of your car. Coffee and bagels are there for customer as well as the small computer room for customers to use while waiting and not to mention they have a small room for kids to play and watch tv. I was greeted first and Juan helped out with what I needed to get done for my car. Juan did explain what needed to be done for my car and I am returning to the Toyota dealership to get the job done. The only thing I have to say but not in a bad note is that any dealership the prices on the service that needed to be done was a bit pricey when it could have been done at a cheaper rate... I don't mind bringing the car for service since I don't have a problem with the car after it has been serviced. Thank you.. More

Recently I brought in my Sienna for service, the overall experience was very pleasant. The wait time was just as Mr. DeAngelis said it would be. When you have 2 children(under the age of 5) with you, wait t experience was very pleasant. The wait time was just as Mr. DeAngelis said it would be. When you have 2 children(under the age of 5) with you, wait time is not always enjoyable. The waiting area was entertaining to the kids and kept clean (BIG BONUS!!) I was on my way home from hockey practice when I got a flat tire on my Sienna. I made a call the next morning and was able to drive it over for repairs. Mike Deangelis was my service rep. He notice that as a frequient DCH Brunswick Toyota customer that it also was time for an oil change. Mike went over very clearly with me what was going to go on with my car while being serviced. I was told that it was going to take about 2 hours dur to the fact that it was a very busy day. I was provided coffee, bagels, newspapers and internet service. The waiting area was clean, organized and well lit. Not that I needed, I noticed a nice childrens area that my wife would use with our kids when she brings her Rav4 for service. The cost of my bill was less than expected. I was treated fair and not treated like a "sucker" but a person. It was a work day and they understood that I needed to get back as quick as possible. I was given possible options for my car for a future service. I will as I have in the past recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota to my friends and family. More

The Camry I had purchased prior to my relocation to New Jersey was making strange noises upon start-up. I visited DCH Brunswick Toyota at the suggestion of a colleague at work and was greeted by Mike. He assured me that the technicians would take a look and try to determine the cause of the strange noises. After only a short wait, Mike told me that a minor adjustment is all that was needed. My car was quickly repaired and returned to me, and I was on my way. The cost was unbelievably fair and the peace of mind is invaluable. DCH has a new customer. Thank you. More

Couldn't be happier with the service. I am the owner of a non toyota product (VW) purchased through another dealership. I was quoted a very high price for a simple brake job at the VW dealership. I decided to contact Mr. DeAngelis about the price as I had a very positive relationship with him from a previous Toyota purchase. He confirmed that the price was way above norm and even offered to had the service done at his facility. I wound up saving a few hundred dollars in the end. What a professional, to take care of an old customer and do it right. My car is due for replacing in a few months and I will be sure to buy a toyota and continue a long and valuable relationhip with Mr. DeAngelis. More
