I can't believe it's so easy to buy a car from Brunswick DCH Toyota. My wife got a silver 2011 Camry on December 31, 2010 and I got a Aloe Green 2011 Camry more than a week ago, from the same dealer and fro DCH Toyota. He is extremely helpful and we are very satisfied and happy with his assistance in selecting the color of the car and picking up the right car. Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and a very pleasurable experience says it all. The team who assisted me in the lease of my vehicle were Abeth Vincent, my salesperson, Alan Carter, the manag pleasurable experience says it all. The process was simply amazing. Abeth does a fantastic job of running through every single option and upgrade that is available and all the costs associated with your vehicle. His knowledge is second to none and he makes it fun and exciting to acquire a new vehicle, which is the way it should be. At no point during the process did we go through the whole “I have to ask my manager” scam, where the salesperson disappears for 20 mins, that you run into at every other dealer when you ask to take $5 off the price. This was the first time in the 8 vehicles that I have received from a dealership, where I didn’t have to battle over price and when I walked away, I had a great feeling because I knew that I had gotten a good deal. I have never seen this at other deale, so it was wonderful that Alan came over to talk to me during the process. The dealership was busy at the time when I entered but he sought me out and made sure that I felt important. He was able to provide further insight about the vehicle I was looking at and because of his many years experience was able to take the conversation to another level, which really allowed me to pick out the perfect vehicle and negotiate it to a great price. His personal attention to detail made this deal both enjoyable and memorable. Abdo, in the finance department, walked me through every portion of the credit/ documentation process. His presentation was incredibly streamlined and if you ever had any questions, he took the time to answer them and made you feel at home. By time I got to his office, it was well after the dealership closed, but at no point did I ever feel rushed. It was nice to see someone taking their own personal time to make sure that I had the best experience possible. Brian, from the vehicle delivery group, was the last stop in one of the most positive experiences I have ever had when getting a new vehicle. He took the time to literally show us every aspect of the new vehicle I was getting. He set my phone up for Bluetooth, added some of my favorite destinations on the Navi, and showed me what every button, lever, and knob does in the entire vehicle. After his vehicle run through, it is a waste of a tree to even put the vehicle’s manual in the car. My Wife is going to be in the market for a new vehicle soon and I can’t wait to go back there. I wouldn’t even bother looking someplace else first, as you will not find better service or a smoother process!! I can’t recommend them enough :-) More
