Excellent Car Buying Experience I test drove many cars for a car and was planning to trade off my Nissan Altima. I went in 2 days in a row asking a lot of questions from the sales people as well as the General Manager; Alexander Arman. All were explained very patiently and accurately. They have a tech gig; Marlene-who drove with us in the car and explained everything about it from safety to technology. Basically I received a Gucci treatment both in value and customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a luxury car at a value that is comparable to non-luxury car. More

The General Manager, Alexander, took the time to run through all of our options with us (who knew there were so many options for a single car model!), gave us a great price that we could all agree on and we drove out of the dealership in record timing! His team was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all of their vehicles, took care of all of the details, and only need us to sign the dotted line. Besides having an historical reputation for safety, Volvo is putting in many of the latest technological features available in their new vehicles. Our sales consultant, Massy Hamedani was knowledgeable and informative in showing us the many features in the Tech package as well as the 'basics' of the S60 we ended up purchasing. Massy gets an outstanding rating as a sales person who cares for her customers. We received a fair offer on our trade-in, and a reasonable price for the new vehicle in dealing with GM Alexander Arman, and Ben Elkins was pleasant and helpful as we worked through the financing aspect of the sale. This is our first Volvo and we look forward to many years of driving pleasure. So all in all, a rave review for DARCARS Volvo and their excellent staff! More

Excellent Customer Service Experience I'm a repeat customer - leased my 2012 Volvo S60 from DarCars and could have turned in the car and gone elsewhere, but I loved the car and wanted a ne I'm a repeat customer - leased my 2012 Volvo S60 from DarCars and could have turned in the car and gone elsewhere, but I loved the car and wanted a new one. No one from the original sales team was still working there but everyone I dealt with, including Mr. Arman, was very professional and pleasant. Although it still took several hours to complete the deal (I wish there were some way around that), the time went by quickly. My only complaint is that it took them several weeks to turn the paperwork in for the car I turned in that I received a much smaller refund of the last month's payment on the vehicle I was turning in, so combined, I made three payments within 6 weeks (last month of old, 1st and 2nd months for new). More
