Volvo C70 Warranty Maintenance I just had scheduled maintenance performed on my Volvo C70 at Fairfax Volvo. I was thoughly satisfied, Working with Melvin Smith was fantastic and p I just had scheduled maintenance performed on my Volvo C70 at Fairfax Volvo. I was thoughly satisfied, Working with Melvin Smith was fantastic and painless!!! I dropped off my car the night before services and Melvin called the following morning to confirm the work request. He also called me several times throughout the day to provide work status and progress!!! This is exceptional customer service in my book!!! Thank you, Melvin!!! More

Clark worked extremely hard to make managemen My service rep at Fairfax Volvo is amazing! I had been having an issue with the rotors on my 2011 XC 90. Clark worked extremely hard to make management realize that they needed to take care of me and make this right. He was able to make them see that as a 20 year Fairfax Volvo Dealership customer (and purchaser of 9 cars over those 20 years....as well as having them all serviced there!) I needed to be dealt with fairly.....and not just looked at as a dollar sign. They did exactly that! I couldn't be more pleased with the way they treated me and fixed my car. This is the fourth XC90 that the family has had and I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the outstanding service I received from Clark, John and even Wayne. I'm a recent widow and they make me feel like family! I know I can trust them to take care of me and my family's cars. More

Our Sales Rep Patrick Hayden was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process. With the assistance of his manager Tim Wanamaker all questions were answered and the process went very smoothly. We found this to be a truly customer oriented operation from start to finish. Our salesman, Patrick, was kind, knowledgeable, and focused on making us comfortable. The sales manager contacted me prior to our visit to make sure they had the exact vehicle that we were looking for in stock. They even set the car aside to make sure it was there for us when we arrived on Saturday. While we negotiated the price back and forth a few times, the negotiation process felt comfortable, and we left feeling as though we got the best possible deal. Once we had the negotiations out of the way, Patrick was extremely accommodating when walking us through the paper work process. He also spent a good amount of time sitting with us in our new vehicle to explain all of the new technology and services offered by our new Volvo. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends! More

John Davitt Service Director Is Outstanding I spent 3 months trying to upgrade my Navigation system through Discs and hit brick walls with my Salesman and the HERE Maps for Volvo and even the Vo I spent 3 months trying to upgrade my Navigation system through Discs and hit brick walls with my Salesman and the HERE Maps for Volvo and even the Volvo Customer Service in NJ BUT, John Davitt finally heard my problem and he listened and he went to a lot of work to get me part #'s and all the things they wanted and then got the Disc's sent to me in FL and also got the all Important Activation Code that was eluding me. He is the only one that helped me, he kept in contact through emails to make sure they got to me and then to make sure when I activated them that they actually worked. HE IS SUPERB AND WISH I HAD BEEN ON HIS RADAR AT THE VERY BEGINNING. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE, AND I HAVE ONLY YOU TO THANK FOR IT. More
