I came in the other day and spoke with Clark Speaker about my vehicle. I didn't have to wait long to be serviced. I was greeted as I entered. I have been taking my Volvo to this dealer for 15 years. They always offer a ride to/from work, and give me a free rental/loaner if the work can't be completed same day. Clark Speaker recently replaced my long term serice manager, Terry Weldome, and is carrying on Terry's service tradation. On this week's visit, he saved me 100s of $ by suggesting that a broken part be welded instead of replaced, made sure that I received the dealer's 20% "old care" discount, and had the car washed before I picked it up. Others of a lesser caliber would have let drive there and hope they could find the key before I arrived. It wasn't the typical back and forth negotiations. I asked for what I thought was a reasonable deal and without hesitation; it's what i received. I will definitely recommend this dealership, Alexander, and Hussein to anyone interested in buying a Volvo. On top of the great personalities and knowledge, the Volvo S60 T6 is awesomely fun to drive and the best features. More

My car arrived a month in advance of the anticipated delivery date. Aftercare has been just as wonderful for follow-up service visits - Hussein has patiently trained me on all of the wonderful technolgy features of my vehicle.
