I was referred to Darcars Silver Spring by a girlfriend of mine. She purchased a vehicle there earlier in the year and had nothing but good things to say about the dealership and specifically her salesman of mine. So, when I mentioned that I was going to be car shopping she insisted that I give Naurice a call. From my first contact with him, I could tell this was going to be the person I bought from. My wife and I came to VW dealership around July 4th to shop around for a new car. Jennifer cordially asked us to drive test a few cars that we had in mind. Although we hadn't planned to buy a vehicle, the deal VW was able to offer coupled with her exceptional customer service convinced us to buy. We settled on a price that was in our price range. In the process, Jen and others made all the effort to meet our needs. We bought a new VW Passat, and we are very happy with it. The next day we came to the dealership to return a few items from our old car. This time we were assisted by Valentine. He was extremely helpful and provided superb customer service, although we had not bought the car from him. I even called him a few times after that and every single time he went out of his way to be helpful. I really liked my experience at VW Silver Spring and will gladly recommend it to friends and family. Keep it up, guys!!! More

I went to DARCARS VW even though I had a closer dealership in mind but wanted to check the competition since I was in no rush to buy. I made an appointment with Mr. Buzhak for Saturday and even tho dealership in mind but wanted to check the competition since I was in no rush to buy. I made an appointment with Mr. Buzhak for Saturday and even though I was roughly an hour and a half late, he was still there to great with a smile. For a young guy, he acted for professional and worked hard with his management team to get me the best deal he could. While waiting for the finance department to run some numbers, Mr. Buzhak and I walked over to the Dodge section of the dealership and talked cars for about a half hour. He definitely knows what he is talking about and is very personable. Even though the deal wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I place the fault on his management team's inability to work with my expectations. This was no fault of Mr. Buzhak and wish him all the best at DARCARS VW. Would recommend this guy to anyone. More
