HORRIBLE, TRAMATIZING EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself TIME ,STRESS ,MONEY AND A OVER ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Hands-down the worst experience I have ever dealt with i DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save yourself TIME ,STRESS ,MONEY AND A OVER ALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Hands-down the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have never seen such a large group of disrespectful lack of integrity, lying unprofessional group of people in my life!! Let me start off by saying Steve Cole is the rudest most disrespectful inconsiderate man I have ever spoke to ! Way I was introduced to Steve was by a phone call at my job . Steve called threatening me demanding that I signed a new contract with DARCARS. I originally walked into the dealership on May 14, 2016 , traded in my 2015 car for a 2016 Jetta . Had negative equity in my car so they rolled it into the new contract. I left the dealership everything was normal. So I thought, I soon found out about 2 1/2 weeks later when I called to make my first payment on the car that there was no contract on the car!!! I was explained to call DARCARS and find out what was going on. So i did I called up to the dealership looking for Vincent Gross ( finance manager ) every time I would call I would get blown off by who ever was there. I would get every excuse in the book he wasn't there that he was out on lunch that he left for the day he was out on vacation for a week he would call me back sent to his voicemail, etc. This went on for weeks!! The shenanigans went on for so long my first set of paper tags had expired !! I had to call up to the dealership and demand to speak to someone because I got pulled over and got a parking ticket for driving on DEAD PAPER TAGS. I have to call of the dealership again had to speak to sales manager Keith Stewart! I had to explain to him for some reason or another my tags was doing that in and then my tags have expired and I needed a new said or My Hard plates to come in that day. He told me to bring the old plates in and he would replace them with new ones. ( illegal major red flag with the MVA ). So I did! A week later I called in asked where was my tags how do I make my first payment. No one was able to give me an answer. This went on for about another two months.( reason being there was no contract or funding done on the vehicle every since the day I left on May 14) . After being told that the ticket that I have received would be paid for on behalf of the dealership due to the lack of funding done on the vehicle . I soon found out in July did the ticket was never paid . Meanwhile I attempted to contact everyone humanly possible to figure out what was going on with my contract and why can I not make a payment on the car. Later on in August I get a phone call from Steve Cole threatening me at my job. Steve called demanding that I come in sign a new contract. Or he would be forced to come take the car for me. Steve called me at my job being very rude and disrespectful, yelling and being nasty! (Keep in mind he called my desk screaming , quickly became livid when I explained to him that I was not signing a new contract after I tried to get this situation resolved for four months !! That's what Steve started to explain if I did not come sign a new contract he was sending someone to come take the car from me. I dropped the car off to the dealership still with the paper tags on it, I Immediately got in contact with the group sales manager of the DARCARS park Kevin Colabucci!! My mother and I met with Kevin on August 29, 2016 At his office upstairs in the Lexus building! In the meeting with Kevin explain the reason why I never got tags because the vehicle was never funded!! I explain to Kevin that I can I keep the car after getting threatened by Steve I was forced to go buy another car and could not afford both . Kevin explained that he would be forcing the original contract that was signed on May 14 (keep in mind I met Kevin 8.29. Eventually the dealership ended up Dropping the car back off in front The neighbors house. Was supposed to contact the CFPB also the federal trade commission as well as Montgomery County consumer protection ,to see if there would be able to do some type of mediation between the two of us!! The dealership has yet to respond. DARCARS dealership refuses to respond is because they know they was dead wrong for not ever getting my contract funded over a course of four months !!! I am currently still dealing with this situation and have been under a lot of stress PLEASE MAKE A WISE DECISION DON NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! This group of people including upper management should be ashamed of themselves!!! They are the most dishonest group of individuals I've ever came in contact with!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND THIS ENTIRE COMPANY!!!! Do not Deal with Any if the following Jammie Dobson (Director of customer relations Jamie Darvish (CEO) Nan Wong (manager) Steve Cole (finance manager) Walter Siguenza (Store manager) Vincent Gross (finance department) Keith M. Stewart Kim Holmes This has been a traumatizing experience for me!!! More
Very straightforward process, with no surprises or pressure Did pretty deep research online and landed on a car that was (according to cargurus.com) a great price. Also visited the dealer web site and saw an "ad" for an additional $750 off used cars. When I called they told me that "ad" was for their Used Car Outlet, but to print it out and bring it in as this was the VW dealership in their chain no the Outlet. Went in, worked with Arnold Silverberg. Car was exactly as described, drove well, no pressure sales. They took half off the with coupon (which they probably didn't have to offer). They also threw in a free additional key valued at $300. In the process I specifically asked about any Dealer Fees and was promised there was no additional fees. Then when we were almost finished they told me there was a $300 Processing Fee. I asked, based on what was said, if that could be waived. Arnold went to bat for me and and, while they couldn't eliminate the fee, they reduced the price by $300. Boom! I would definitely recommend these guys and Arnold. More

I've been a VW car owner for years but the way he walked me through all the details and explained all the features to me after I test drove the car made me feel like I was seeing a VW car for the first time. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I am already doing. More
A total waste of. my time Yesterday morning during the rain storm I noticed the floor board on my drivers side was soaked to the touch with water! Sales Manager) who tells me of a few possible cause for this but, to bring it in and because it was early they could look at it right away! The time was 11:30am. He went on to tell me of a price difference in diagnosing my Passat's problem. They could check the sunroof drains OR do a full check on the entire drainage system. The difference in prices ranged from $140 to 280! He highly recommended the $280 option which I felt I had to at that point! I called him back at around 4:30 at which point I was made to feel as if I was bothering him when he responded, "I told you it could take up to 2 days!" Ok, so I called several times today and he finally calls me with the diagnoses! Wouldn't you know it it needed the sunroof drains replaced and the parts would have to be S/O!! So now, after being duped into basically paying double for their diagnose I also have to wait for them to get my car ready for me to pickup???? He also mentioned the possibility of my carpets needing to be pulled up due to possible mold? The only carpeted area that got wet was my front passenger side floor board!! NOW, I'm beginning to wonder if they left my vehicle outside during the rainstorm to do further damage to my vehicle!! Needless to say I'm I'm Highly Dissatisfied With The Services Provided and plan on getting said repairs done elsewhere! More

After a miserable experience at Ourisman VW of Rockville (don't go there!) the guys at Darcars saved the day and the reputation of dealers everywhere. Dean and Keith were amazing and they gave me an even better deal. I shopped around quite a bit and no other dealer came close in terms to value or customer service. There were no shenanigans - Keith provided me a complete quote via email so I had it in writing. I came in, the documents were ready, and Dean walked me through the process without any hiccups and gave me a fair deal on my trade in. Great price, great rates, seamless process, and outstanding customer service - truly never felt like they were salesman in any fashion. Darcars, and particularly Keith, Dean, and Sadji, does it right. I strongly recommend. More

I recently moved from out of state to MD and took my 2015 VW Passat fo Very poor customer service and not helpful, but try to overcharge the customer. I recently moved from out of state to MD and took my 2015 VW Passat for 20K service to Darcars VW. They told me it will cost total $700 ($350 for 20K and another $350 for 30K services). The price given was outrageously high and they were not very helpful in explaining to me why its that much high. However, after wasting about 45 minutes, I took my car to another VW dealer and they were kind enough to do the same work for total $175 ($87.50 for 20K and $87.50 for 30K). The customer service staffs must be trained to be courteous and helpful to customers and not try to outrageously overcharge. More

It's amazing that Darcars online price is the best price in town because the price excludes all the rebates and incentives and includes destination charge unlike other dealers. I went to few other dealers with their attractive online prices and hit the wall. Thank you Darcars VW for being transparent and honest. More

I was put through to finance to buy before I test drove, picked or even looked at cars. When I was actually ready to talk to finance, Saji kept telling me yes or that I was able to do something, only to come back a few hours later or the next day saying that he couldn't. In fact, I'm still dealing with this a week later. Wouldn't reccomend anybody else deal with this headache. More

I've dealt with them for 3 years now and they always offered great service, but I think this year they wen This review is regarding VW service center. I've dealt with them for 3 years now and they always offered great service, but I think this year they went through some changes and got new service people. I brought my 2012 vw CC there 3 times since March'15 and every time they found a new problem which they fixed but the car kept failing in the same way which means that there was a bigger problem causing these smaller issues that they weren't able to discover. First and second time I didn't know this of course so I never complained but even back then their customer service was horrible. Garry the stuff member, a very rude person, would look always so annoyed when I was talking to him, and they would promise me loaner car and everytime I would get there they would say they didn't have them anymore (why promise then?). Once I started complaining about their service because car that i bought at their dealership had to be towed 3 times with the same 'symptoms' and I was spending so much money on already very expensive car, their aggression grew! So I decided to deal with the service manager who proved to be the worst person of all of them (not surprising since a good manager wouldn't tolerate his stuff providing a bad customer service). First, he refused to take responsibility for his employees actions and told me (yelled at me) that whatever I spoke with Gary wasn't his business. Gary has used my extended warranty that I hoped to get a refund on without my authorization and had me lose $1000. I will never go back here and now I have to fix my car someplace else. Anyways, just want to advise people using their services don't trust them! First, they aren't so great at their job and then they treat their customers very badly. More
