On our way back home we noticed the turner t WARNING - DON'T COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!! We drop our car here in the morning and picked it up at~6:30pm. On our way back home we noticed the turner to adjust the mirror was broken - the "nob" was gone. Since it's already late, I decided to call them the following day. When I called them, Carrie the service rep told us we can not prove they broke it, she can only give us an estimate and the dealership would not cover the cost. I expressed my concern in a polite way and said I am very upset and I thought they should be honest with us. she said, "I am not here to listen to your opinion." ?????? She did not even bother to say she is sorry to hear that or sorry I feel that way. I cannot believe this is from a "Service Rep". Worst service no doubt. so, if you do not want someone break your car parts, tell you that you need to pay them to get it fixed, and tell you they are not there to listen to your opinion, then DO NOT COME HERE. Very upset. Zero star for service and their service rep Carrie. More

VERY ATTENTIVE SALES PERSON & THE TEAM I would like to give a thumb up to our sales person Vinny! We did not make our decision to buy the 2019 VW Jetta during our test drive day (even we I would like to give a thumb up to our sales person Vinny! We did not make our decision to buy the 2019 VW Jetta during our test drive day (even we really like the car) what we like was that the sales person took the initiative to message us (not by calling directly) to follow up with us about our decision, he was very patient and continued that for about two weeks (frankly speaking we might not end up getting the car if he didn't do that). It was also a very good experience during the day we were buying the car, the team (manager, financial personnel) has made sure we get our car during the day, they were very attentive and the process was very efficient. The after sale service was excellence, Vinny does care to message and asked us if we are doing OK with our new car and provided us lots of information we needed to know, he has also scheduled us immediately to have us to get the cilaget done. We got a very good deal on our 2019 VW Jetta and is more than happy to recommend VW Fairfax and Vinny to all of you 👍👍👍 More
