We got our daughter a volkswagen bettle and the whole experience was great. Much better than some of the other dealers we visited. The large selection was a plus. She ended up getting the yellow one. We were at the dealer on a Saturday and its was quite busy, however we everything was completed within an hour and half. We just returned from our visit to Fairfax Volkswagen. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful our visit was. We were in the market to buy a new Vw Eos. There was not one employee at the dealership th can't even begin to tell you how wonderful our visit was. We were in the market to buy a new Vw Eos. There was not one employee at the dealership that was not genuinely warm and made us feel like family. The showroom is nice, clean and inviting. Our Salesperson explained every feature of the Eos for us and was very patient with my husband’s questions. The whole experience was very enjoyable and we got a beautiful white Vw Eos in the process just in time for summer. More
This dealer provided me the best price for a Vw Eos and also gave me almost $500 more for my 2005 Vw Golf than any other vw dealer. This was the most horrible car buying experience I have ever had. First of all, we were there for 4 hours before anyone even told us about the different models and prices. After we FINALLY got an estimate, we were pressured constantly to make a deal TODAY! Overall, the customer service was terrible and the prices were outrageous. We will never go back to this dealership!!! More
Their service and customer service is horrendous. Since they overcharge for everything, you would at least expect decent customer service. They have shady billing practices, do not disclose everything to they overcharge for everything, you would at least expect decent customer service. They have shady billing practices, do not disclose everything to the customer, and have rude and arrogant employees. If you absolutely must go, make sure to get your estimate in writing before you let them do any work. They are part of the Rosenthal group, which I am now being told has a terrible reputation. Too bad I didn't know that beforehand. More
