My experience was all round excellent. I stopped by with a friend to test drive the 2011 Jetta and then go on my merry way. I told Daune exactly what I wanted, and he told me which models had those things and for what price--no hassle, no runaround. We took the Jetta for a spin, and Daune took the time to explain how everything worked. I drove to the lot where the car inventory is kept and looked at available colors. I had no intention of buying that day, but upon discovering that I was going leave, think about it, and come back later, management authorized an offer I couldn't refuse. They asked me how much I wanted to pay per month, I said, $300, they said "ok." I said, "How are you going to get my payments so low without extending my contract term?", they said "We're going to lose money on the sale." Straight forward, willing to please, NO HAGGELING! It was great. Everyone I worked with (sales, management, finance, service etc) was willing to work with me and even discount a few extras. Everyone's attitude was relaxed and personable, no "used car salesman" vibe at all...it was refreshing. The entire transaction (4 or 5 hours) was seamless and pressure-free...the BEST! And I thought only Volvo and BMW had a free maintenance plan--nope! My volkswagen comes with 3 years/36000 miles, "carefree maintenance". I am all smiles. More

I had bought a car last month from this dealership with the help of a very informative and nice sales person by the name of Gabriel. Gabriel was very helpful and sincere to my credit status. Wether the gas is included, I thought it was very kind considering gas prices this day. This dealership confirmed in writing via email, as well as over the phone and in person a flat out the door price on a 2010 Jetta SE. We arrived to pick up the car (a cash sale) and were told to go to dinner so that the car could be washed and cleaned up (which was wierd because it had practically no miles on it and was not dirty). We returned a hour later and were told that the price would be $1500 more than previously committed to. This dealership makes no apologies for trying to bait and switch you.
