This Fairfax dealership is the best I have experienced. I was greeted promptly, and was walked through the features of a GTI and was able to test ride instantly. I told him my budget and goal and we sat down to work thru the numbers. When it came out too expensive for me, he intro'd the new Jetta and it was a great call. He was very helpful and the sales manager Nishant Paul was very flexible. All in all, it went great. No pretending or tactics. I told them what my figures needed to be, and they accomadated to the fullest extent. The process did not feel pressured and I can honestly say, it went well. I will go back for my next car. These guys are more "customer oriented" than "sales" oriented. They sold me on a really good recommendation in the new Jetta and walked thru all the color and inventory options. We bartered for 2 minutes and they just made the numbers work for me. Price is nice and folks are very professional. Good job. More

I was nearing the end of a 48 month lease and took my 2007 in for service. Later that day I left with a 2011 GTI with a hotter engine, better mileage, fully loaded on a 36 month lease with a payment of 2007 in for service. I initially visited the shop to purchase a car for my son's graduation. I was given info on financing but was able to get a lower rate from my credit union. The color I wanted was in inventory in Leesburg and Chris arranged to have the car delivered to Fairfax. Since then, the car was nicked while parked in my neighborhood. I had made an appoinment for a Friday morning to drop off my car for some brake work and I was greeted very nicely as I signed in, was offered transportaion, and all was very smooth.
