This service center has the main customer service rep ENRIQUE who is new to the shop and is completely incompetent. Sadly that Incompetence runs systemically all the way up to his boss Mike. I was strand ENRIQUE who is new to the shop and is completely incompetent. Sadly that Incompetence runs systemically all the way up to his boss Mike. I was stranded at the dealership for an 1:30 at 7:00pm because I wasn’t informed that my car wouldn’t be done being serviced , I would need a to get a ride home from Fairfax to Manassas, nor any update at all was given to me about my vehicle. I was called by Mike day with a, “hey I’m really sorry for your experience and what you had to go through yesterday…. Your car will Be ready for you when you want to come pick it up”. I then go to pick up my car 2 days later because I couldn’t get there without a vehicle that next day (which is their fault in the first place). My car has bald tires (something I asked to have fixed) and the service report states that the “engine cover” is missing. Missing because you misplaced it…. Missing because I’ve caused a bunch of trouble to your whole department for the last 48 hours…. Or missing because you’re completely inadequate and this is how you get back at me? I witnessed with my own eyes a Week before my service while adding washer fluid/coolant to my car that it had a very nice engine cover. Mikes response when I cancel my Day at work and confront him in person… “yea the 2019 1.4l engine didn’t come with an engine cover”. Then why did I see it on my car the week pervious and YOUR DEPARTMENT IS THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE EVER SERVICED MY LEASED VEHICLE. They are full of it here, have terrible customer service, and don’t take accountability for their actions. The Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me as well. Stay away from FAIRFAX VW. Not of Fairfax quality. More

He is truly the definition of Customer Service. If you want to buy or lease a car with Fairfax VW… only deal with him. As for the service department…. Don’t even make an appointment. Mike The Head of the service department is a liar and doesn’t understand customer service and allows his minion Enrique to have his mechanicnot put my engine cover back on because I ran both of them over the coals for his the last 3 days… with every right to do so. I will continue to do so until this situation is rectified. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. They will take you for a ride. More
The car was filthy. It stuttered in neutral. A light on the dash was scratched out. The emergency brake was not calibrated properly and had too much slack in the cord, s It stuttered in neutral. My overall impression was poor, and I cannot justify paying almost $9000 for a vehicle in that condition. More
