Last but not least, Ammer my sales consultant who went and pick up my GLI and had it clean and ready for delivery, on time like he and the rest of the staffed promised. Every person involved in the process was professional. The negotiations for price was amicable and I was treated with respect. I felt that we settled on a price fair for all parties and the delivery of the car was great. The car had some scratches from transport that were seen during the final walkaround. They immediately got me in touch with the service department to get it serviced and even provided a loaner car. I had a similar experience at a nearby dealer a couple years back and this time around was so easy. They were willing to swap out a cable that didn't fit my phone in the car without making me purchase a new one. Overall, they respected my time and were professional. I would highly recommend friends and family to the dealership. More

First New Car, First Car in 10 Years!!! I have not had as vehicle in 10 years; I saved upo all my money for the last decade in order to buy this car. This was going to be my first new vehic I have not had as vehicle in 10 years; I saved upo all my money for the last decade in order to buy this car. This was going to be my first new vehicle ever. I came to Fairfax Volkswagen because I love the product; it is a good car, drives nice, reliable and I always wanted one. When I first walked in I was very nervous. I was worried about financing and was afraid that I may not have been able to get a new vehicle, but when I came to Fairfax Volkswagen, Bill Brayer, the salesperson, went out oif his way to make sure that it was possible to get a new car! I did not have a driver's license at this time and Bill helped me get all my paperwork together so that I could get a license. Then he took me top the DMV and helped me take the written and physical driving test. He even let me use his personal car to do this! Even though this took several days and two trips to the DMV, we managed to get everything done as quickly and conveniently as possible! He even hooked me up with a great Insurance broker who saved me $75 a month! Because of Bill's help, I now have a better job where I am making more money. Bought a Tiguan SEL here, I like the car I bought my new Tiguan SEL from this dealer. The experience went well with Robert Eisenbach. The Tiguan is not 4MOTION, but so far (with around 800 mi I bought my new Tiguan SEL from this dealer. The experience went well with Robert Eisenbach.
