Proud new owner of a 2016 Passat! I purchased a new 2016 VW Passat this past weekend. My salesman, Ammer, was great! I did not feel immediate pressure from him to buy right away and he I purchased a new 2016 VW Passat this past weekend. My salesman, Ammer, was great! I did not feel immediate pressure from him to buy right away and he helped me find the right car to fit my needs. After going home and doing some more research, I called the dealership back the next day and we struck a great deal. Ammer was patient, attentive, knowledgable about the vehicles, and customer service oriented. While I was debating between the Passat and the Honda Accord, Ammer went out of his way to bring over an Accord for me to drive before making the final decision. My only complaint about the process was feeling as if the finance manager was trying to take advantage of my young age and lack of experience with purchasing a vehicle when it came time to actually close the deal. Watch out for the tricks that they try to play in the finance room. Other than that it was a create experience and I am very happy with my new car! More

Best dealership I've dealt with I have probably bought close to 10 cars in my lifetime so far and dealt with 30+ dealerships a crossed the country. They beat every other Volkswagen dealerships price by a few thousand. I Brought in a check for the price he gave us and there was absolutely no hassle or xx extra charges that other dealers don't tell you until you get into there dealership. Our salesmen was named josh, who was the most polite salesmen we have met. He wasn't and push over and didn't pressure you into buying a car. It was a quick and easy purchase. No stress at all. Outstanding service provided by Leon King Mr. Leon King is my Service Manager. He is wonderful to his clients. He treats me when I call or in person as if I was the only client he has.
