First rate sales service. Have purchased 2 used cars form the Patrick St location during The past year, the 2nd because of my experience with the sales guy, Mike Boyce. Mike, non-pushy, knowledgeable, responsive to what I was looking for and my limits & even guided me in how I negotiated the final cost with the used car sales manager. Even when the sale had been completed he continues to look out for me. I can't say enough nice things about the sales service. DickR More

Finally, a good experience Mike Boyce has definitely earned a positive review from me. If purchasing a car were something I did often, I would go back to Mike for my next car. But since I bought a car that I know will last me a long time, I'll just have to tell other people he's worth talking to. Mike was honest, helpful, and gave me the freedom to make my own decision without pressure, like the other reviewers have said. When he said he needed to go talk to his manager, he was back in a couple of minutes with answers, and clearly wasn't just using it as a stalling tactic to make me impatient. This is in contrast to a recent experience at another dealership while shopping for a new (to me) vehicle, where my xx sensors were constantly going off, and where I could hear the sales guy in the other room shooting the breeze with another employee when he said he was seeing what sort of financing he could offer me, even though I said I was paying in cash. As far as I can tell, Mike is on the other end of the spectrum with how genuinely helpful he is. He's not looking to screw you over, but instead wants to build the right type of reputation. Mike even arranged to get the new car to my place, over an hour from the dealership. Talking to him will be worth your time. More

It was very refreshing to feel that I was in no way being coerced into a truck or price that I was not perfectly excited about! I could have walked out at any time and these guys would have shook my hand and thanked me for stopping by. Never felt like that before! I went in looking to ONLY test drive a used Toyota Tacoma and drove away in a new one for not much more money! Finance and Parts reps were also great to work with! Kenny Rogers in parts will definitely not gamble with your time! Just an overall great experience with a great Team. Keep it up guys! More

Mike stayed three hours past closing, and drove me an hour and a half to help me get the vehicle I wanted. It was a long, confusing process, not Darcars fault, and Mike made it very simple and maintained a great attitude. I will buy from here again, and will tell all my friends and coworkers to buy here also. More

I worked with Jason Vaughn to look for a pre-owned car for my family. We had a very specific type of car in mind and Jason took the time to go through the lot and through his computer to find a match for for my family. Even after we left the lot without a car, he continued to look for cars for us and kept in contact with us (without being too pushy). We ended up with a great trade-in value and a great car. More

Rob did a great job. Got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay and got what I wanted for trade in. Couldn't ask for a better used car experience. Robert Harley was a great sales person. He was fantastic and helped me with everything. I looked at several cars, and he was very patient with me. He even let me take the vehicle that I ended up purchasin and helped me with everything. I looked at several cars, and he was very patient with me.
