I don’t have anything else to add - my overall suggestion is to re-evaluate the culture darcars toyota wants to promote. If the objective is to “treat each customer as an individual” then there needs to be leadership that reflects that value across the organization. To mitigate the instance described below, DarCars should strongly consider removing representatives such as Saki from tainting the well.

Customer relations, I appreciate you getting back to me on this. Yes, the lien was finally picked up and I received the new temp. registration. A separate issue now is that my license number is wrong on the registration. The first letter says T instead of R. The other issue is the date of sale says 02/11/2020 , which is wrong but I guess this is to give 60 days for the transfer? On the paperwork it says dealers are only allowed 1 registration which was already used initially after the purchase so this is the 2nd one, not sure if that matters. However as mentioned the date of sale is wrong. The issue has taken more time and energy than I would have thought to get done. It really shouldn't have come to this point. Lee Ray talked to my wife on Saturday 02/08/20 over the phone and said he would look into the issue and would call her on Monday 02/10/20 after looking into it further. That call never came. So then I called Lee on 02/11/20 to figure out what was going on. When I talked to him on 02/11 he said it was the first he heard of this issue and didn't know what the hold up was. I called back later in the evening and was told it was the lien, and I said I can email a picture of the release if that is sufficient and he said ok. Then he said he needed the actual letter, which if they had told me what was really needed this could have been much simpler. Lack of communication and not following up was the problem. Had I not taken time out of my day to figure out what the issue was, I would still be waiting. Hopefully you can assist in correcting the license number for the new registration.
