My wife and I visited the dealership with no intentions of buying a car the same day. We were planning on looking around on who were offering the best deals. After talking with Mr.Durden we decided to purchase the camry within an hour. Mr.Durden knew and explained the product in a highly skilled manner. The most impressive point about Mr.Durden was that it was not about only selling the car, he allowed us to ask questions to him about his work experience and the dealership. After we test drove the car and begin to do the paper work, we felt like we had known him for years. His people skills is a tremendous assets to the Darcas family. We had the camry for two years and he still calls from time to time to check and inquire about the service we are receiving.His personality and friendly attitude attracts customers to take the time for him to meet and greet them, without immediately talking about the product. MR. TERRANCE BAILEY CALLED ME ON THE PHONE AND ASKED ME WHAT VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN. i TOLD HIM 2 DIFFERENT KINDS. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO AND CALL ME BACK WITH AN UPDATE. L WHAT VEHICLE I WAS INTERESTED IN. i TOLD HIM 2 DIFFERENT KINDS. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD SEE WHAT HE COULD DO AND CALL ME BACK WITH AN UPDATE. LORD AND BEHOLD I GOT A CALL BACK IN LESS THAN 3HRS TELLING ME TO COME ON DOWN TO GET MY NEW VEHICLE. I DIDNT TRUST HIM SO I PUT HIM OFF FOR 1 DAY THEN HE CALLED ME FROM HIS PERSONAL PHONE AND AGAIN TOLD ME HE IS NOT PLAYING TO COME AND GET MY VEHICLE. THE VERY NEXT DAY I TOOK OFF WORK AND GUESS WHAT "I GOT THE TRUCK I WANTED". MR TERRANCE BAILEY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEGEMABLE ABOUT THE TRUCK I WANTED. HE TOOK HIS TIME IN MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD THE WHOLE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A NEW TRUCK. IT WAS PASS LUNCH TIME SO HE EVEN OFFERED ME SOME FOOD TO EAT. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND THE WHOLE TRUCK BUYING EXPERIENCE. Chris called me ASAP and had my car process at Dacars Collision Center and delivered back to me in record time. Christopher's dedication to the customer is amazing and makes you very comfortable and worry free, this is what makes a customer wants to return over and over at Dacars Toyota. If you want an amazing customer satisfaction team and a Dealership you can thrust, Dacars is a must. They messed up my car, lied about this and refused to fix the problem, because they needed money for this.
