This rating is due to the poor service provided by Howard. He was fairly rude, had NO sense of urgency, and did not seem at all concerned about the time it was taking for service. I don't think it's acceptable for an oil change to take over 2 hours with an appointment. Even when the car was finished it took almost 25 minutes to get the paperwork. I would highly reccomend that Howard not have customer contact and that Darcars needs to change their policy. More

Christopher Noell gave me excellent service. He makes you want to go to DarCars anytime. He repaired a couple of rear bumber panels on the sides of my car in a couple of minutes and charged me nothing. He tr want to go to DarCars anytime. When I bought the 2010 Corolla from this dealer, there were some scratches on the passenger side door. I asked AJ if this can be fixed, he said "Absolutely, I will make an appointment with the service dep were some scratches on the passenger side door. I asked AJ if this can be fixed, he said "Absolutely, I will make an appointment with the service department for you". 4 days passed by and no call from him, so I called and asked him if he can get me an appointment for the buffing. He said he will call me back and he never did. I called him back again after 8 days later and he said he will get back to me. Finally he did and fixed an appointment for buffing the passenger side door on June 29th at 9:00am. I went the service center and found out there were no appointment made for me. I went to him and asked him what's going on. He told me he has fixed the appointment with other vendor to do the job and will take all day. I left the car and when I went to pick it up, I found the scratches were not removed. AJ told me he will give me a touch up paint next day to paint it up. No news from him for the touch up paint. This is ridiculous and the sales rep is the worse nightmare of my life. Please don't go to this dealer. More
