Mr. Bah surprised me with his willingness to help me with my new purchase of the Toyota Corolla Sport. Unfortunately, the transmission went out on my Nissan and I was in search for a new car and I remembered how Mr. Bah was patient and helpful the first time I went there. We the (Forleh family) had already purchased 3 brand new cars from your dealership within a span of 5 years. Mr. Bah was not at the dealership when I called to let him know I was stopping by to check out a new car and he immediately said I will meet you there. What committment he showed to his profession. I will definitely refer Mr. Bah to all and any of my friends who would be interested in a Toyota because that is how strongly I feel about his professionalism. I hope this letter get to the appropriate person because it is very hard to hear good things about your employees and when you do they should get the accolades they deserve. More

All my needs were met, and I was able to leave a few days later in a new RAV4. This rating is due to the poor service provided by Howard. He was fairly rude, had NO sense of urgency, and did not seem at all concerned about the time it was taking for service. I don't think it's acceptable for an oil change to take over 2 hours with an appointment. Even when the car was finished it took almost 25 minutes to get the paperwork. I would highly reccomend that Howard not have customer contact and that Darcars needs to change their policy. More
