I went to bought my 2012 RAV4 in the end of May. Happy with the new car. Ready for purchase another one for spouse. Pick it in next day. Everything is perfect until I got a home phone voicemail from police mention about RAV4 stolen. Checked the paper work, the VIN number was incorrected. Went back to did the paper work again for the correct VIN. Got the temp registration from DARCARS for 60 day. 51 days later, Still do not received any document from DARCARS or MVA. Call back, someone promise to call back. Notthing happen. Went back again. Got a new temp tag, temp registration but no one help to put it on in 25 minutes. Just wish to get lucky this time. Bought a car, did not get the paperwork for three and a half week. Then they call asking ME to come to sign some paper again, because THEY made some mistake. I did came at the middle of week day and signed half week. Then they call asking ME to come to sign some paper again, because THEY made some mistake. I did came at the middle of week day and signed new contract after they reassured me that the only difference was my fist loan installment had to be 1 day earlier than it was specified in the fist signed contract. When I came back home I realized they added credit insurance which increased the total price $588.10. I called them asking for explanation. They assured that it is (again) an error and promised to bring new contract to my house next day at a particular time (interestingly they pointed me out that the difference in monthly payments was only $9.58). I had to stay home next day night but nobody came, nobody called. I called the boy I worked with buying the car asking for explanation. He said that his (or their)financial director had to bring me the contract to sign (but he apparently did not do it). Shortly, he promised to bring the corrected contract the very same day I called. ...nobody came, nobody called again. First I trusted them. But at this point I have some suspicion that it was an intentional fraud. Let me explain: 1)The new contract was printed on a very different form and all the numbers were upside down, so it was difficult to compare 2) New contract has Logo in the right up corner: "Toyota financial services". The original contract had "SUNTRUST BANK" printed in its main body. (I remember financial officer mentioned that "SUNTRUST gives me 2.99% financing". When, signing the new contract, I asked why the source of money had changed. The man, who was signing it on behalf the dealership, played amazement on his face wandering why would anyone mentioned SUNTRUST to me. 3)In the new contract they make me (buy lying that it was very same contract) put two signatures next to the numbers specifying amount I have to pay for the CREDIT INSURANCE!! It states "I want the specified credit life coverage" signature, date" and "I want the specified credit disability coverage" signature, date 4) The last signature I was tricked to put was next to "You signed this contract and received a completely filled in copy on SEPTEMBER 24, Year 2012" And this was more than 3 weeks later- Oct 18 5) The new contract was signed by other man and the word "DIRECTOR" was printed after the signature. All this features (added to the new contract) intended to give more weight to it as I still have a copy of the old one. This incredible story is not about buying stolen bicycle from a touring drug dealer. Believe me or not but I was buying brand-new ToyotaCamry Hybrid from an official Toyota dealer P.S. I have an excellent credit and can get money from half a dozen of banks I have accounts with. I just did not know there were such practices in big dealerships More

I initially spoke with Justin in regards to a trade in. I informed him I would be en route to the dealer after I got off work. Justin already had me prepped and set up and when I walked onto the lot Ricky I informed him I would be en route to the dealer after I got off work. He made me relax as I worried about if I qualified in regards to salary, credit, etc. He ensured me that I was driving off with something that day. He got me in with the Finance Manager and I was out of the dealership in record time - within 3.5 hours. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend the Darcars fleet to friends and family. More
