I have been driving my new car for four days now and so far I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle. I found Alex to be very knowledgeable about cars and I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to my family and friends. I am equally satisfied with the customer service provided by John Desouza. He answered all my questions and offered advice and expertise about both options: financing and leasing the vehicle. I was in Darcars for buying a new car. However, sales associate named "Emmanuel", who basically stays in the old car section was fighting in front of me with other sales associate who was trying to help associate named "Emmanuel", who basically stays in the old car section was fighting in front of me with other sales associate who was trying to help me out in the new section. Emmanuel was busy with other client and therefore, i went to the new section and asked myself help from someone there. New guy takes care of me and was helping me out to find the car i was looking for. At a sudden, Emmanuel came in between and start speaking with new guy loudly and disrespectfully. He starts talking rudely not only with the new guy who was helping me, but also with me. This changed my mind to buy new car from Carmax. More
