The sales manager, Mr. Ramsaran, went above and beyond to ensure that he exceeded our expectations and our salesperson, Sesan, was very courteous and helpful. We highly recommend both of them. I was especially impressed with Mr. Ramsaran's ability to juggle a seemingly endless amount of work being thrown in his direction, fielding phone calls, interruptions from sales associates needing assistance and other customers who were waiting in the dealership and there were a lot of them. He helped every single person who came to him while still getting us through our transaction smoothly and was very pleasant even though he must have been under a tremendous amount of pressure. I was wondering where were all of the other employees? I did not observe anyone else working as much as this man was. Quite nice to look at too! Also, our finance person, Rodney, was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He was also quite funny, definitely the most fun we've ever had while parting with $30,000. Thanks again! More

I was in Darcars for buying a new car. However, sales associate named "Emmanuel", who basically stays in the old car section was fighting in front of me with other sales associate who was trying to help associate named "Emmanuel", who basically stays in the old car section was fighting in front of me with other sales associate who was trying to help me out in the new section. Emmanuel was busy with other client and therefore, i went to the new section and asked myself help from someone there. New guy takes care of me and was helping me out to find the car i was looking for. At a sudden, Emmanuel came in between and start speaking with new guy loudly and disrespectfully. He starts talking rudely not only with the new guy who was helping me, but also with me. This changed my mind to buy new car from Carmax. More
