The Worst Dealership to buy a car in the DMV metropolitan Poor customer service. The cars here are overpriced compared to other Toyota dealerships in the area. Reaping off customers and it seems management are encouraging this behavior instead of stopping it. They mostly target customers who are minority and who are immigrants. The management including costumer's relations manager are very much aware of this unethical practice and they are doing very little to stop it. Buying a car here is like committing yourself to a self fulfilling prophecy that is already been predetermined by this company. They will sell you a car and hide the most important information about the car until the customer signs all the necessary paper work. Before you sign any paperwork here, work out the price or else you will be surprised by the amount you will have to pay. More
