The salesman (Russell) that sold me my 2009 Hyundai Sonata was knowledgeable, friendly, very experience at a used car dealship that I have ever had. Jeff Croteau is a wonderful salesman- friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He gave our son a great deal on a 2010 Prius III in January, 2010, so when we were ready to purchase a Prius IV a few months later, we knew who to call. Mr. Moses is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products he sells, participates in events that benefit the Frederick area community, and is a pleasure to deal with. He kept in touch with us without pressuring or bothering us and is obviously adept at successfully working with several customers at the same time. Mr. Moses worked to find us the model we wanted at a great price. He is a true gentlemen, a great person to work with, and an excellent salesperson! My wife and I stopped by DARCARS Toyota of Frederick, on the way to an outlet mall in Leesburg, Va., to see the new Venza which drew our attention from the television adds. We told him that we only came to see the new Venzas and not to purchase one. He said that was fine and after taking us to one he proceeded to answer questions regarding the features on the car. He asked if we would like to test drive the car but we declined saying that we were on our way to go shopping in Virginia and that we would come back on our way home. He then suggested that we take the car shopping. We were very reluctant but after a few minutes we agreed to test drive the Venza on our shopping trip. Throughout this period Mr. Nevai was extremely professional and talking with us in a non pressure way. Our experience with the car was nothing short of wonderful. We had left our Toyota Matrix at the dealer and when we returned Mr. Nevai greeted us at the door asking how we liked the car.We both said that it was a wonderful driving car as well as a beautiful vehicle. He followed that query with -"what would it take for us to put you in this car today". From there it was pretty much a no brainer... we purchased the car and went home thrilled and happy with the total transaction. We have sinced stopped by to see Mr. Nevai when we are in the area to say hello. I have shared this experience with all my friends. On one occassion some peole stopped me in the parking lot and asked me all about the car and where and from whom I purchased it. EASY ANSWER FOR ME!!!!! More

We had driven the same car at a different dealer, but got better pricing and an easier test drive at Darcars. The offer they gave us for our trade was far above that from any other dealer. We didn't feel pressured to buy "up" or to accessorize, and we were not given the hard sell on any warranties. Nothing was added to the final price except the tax and tags....just as we were told. We declined the extended warranty, and there was no arm twisting. It was a very enjoyable experience. The dealership was VERY busy, but they kept us informed of what was required at each step and still got us through the entire process from test drive to out the door in the new car within a couple hours. I'd sign to hold car if needed , my daughter sent E-mail at 7 am agreeing to purchase vehicle and to contact her father for signature and deposit , I called at 10 am , since I did not hear from slsmn. and he said another slsmn. was just in process of taking an order on that car , we were quite upset , my daughter went online and "found" your dealership , we pulled onto your lot on Rte.40 W. and immediately Mr.Hewitt walked out and asked how he could help us , and established a very good repoire with all "three of us" (my daughter , grand-daughter and myself) gathered our information and needs , got us keys and we test drove 2 vehicles selected one , in the mean time Vince (your sales mgr. examined my daughters trade-in vehicle prepared a very generous complete proposal that we accepted) during the whole process every individual we came into contact with at both locations were "extremely courteous and very outwardly friendly" my sincere gratitude to Russell , Vince , and John and the entire staff at DARCARS Toyota I commend you on having employed some truly fantastic indiduals they made a "bad experience" turn into a "GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTERS FIRST DEALERSHIP PURCHASED VEHICLE".
