Everyone we met there was not only knowledgeable but also very open and friendly. We were amazed when they let us do a test drive by ourselves -- without a salesman. From Sales to service this dealrship is great my family has now owned three toyotas adn one Elantra from them. Sassan in sales is always ready to help and doesnt try to hoodwink the customer.... Nima in Service always makes sure I get taken care of in a fast professional mannner. And the Finance officer Jim has always been more than helpful explaining all the contracts adn conditions. Some I still dont understadn but its at no fault of his own. The only complaint I have about hte Dealrship is that I pruchased a service package and was under the impression that any Toyota Dealer could service my car... This is not the case. I attend school out of state and it takes me 2 days to bring the car home for serivce... This is (1) a very dangerous trip to do alone and (2) very annoying to have to bring the care home every 5,000 miles. The trip is 1000 miles each way, I am a student and cant afford the time or the money to come home. This trip has been stressful enough with the family events that I have had to take care of I would have appreciated not to have to drive as well. This is my only issue with DARCARS, I will continue to buy Toyotas and continue to by from Sassan. More
