From Sales to service this dealrship is great my family has now owned three toyotas adn one Elantra from them. Sassan in sales is always ready to help and doesnt try to hoodwink the customer.... Some I still dont understadn but its at no fault of his own. The only complaint I have about hte Dealrship is that I pruchased a service package and was under the impression that any Toyota Dealer could service my car... This is not the case. I attend school out of state and it takes me 2 days to bring the car home for serivce... This is (1) a very dangerous trip to do alone and (2) very annoying to have to bring the care home every 5,000 miles. The trip is 1000 miles each way, I am a student and cant afford the time or the money to come home. This trip has been stressful enough with the family events that I have had to take care of I would have appreciated not to have to drive as well. This is my only issue with DARCARS, I will continue to buy Toyotas and continue to by from Sassan. More

Mr. Moses is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products he sells, participates in events that benefit the Frederick area community, and is a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I stopped by DARCARS Toyota of Frederick, on the way to an outlet mall in Leesburg, Va., to see the new Venza which drew our attention from the television adds. We told him that we only came to see the new Venzas and not to purchase one. He said that was fine and after taking us to one he proceeded to answer questions regarding the features on the car. He asked if we would like to test drive the car but we declined saying that we were on our way to go shopping in Virginia and that we would come back on our way home. He then suggested that we take the car shopping. We were very reluctant but after a few minutes we agreed to test drive the Venza on our shopping trip. Throughout this period Mr. Nevai was extremely professional and talking with us in a non pressure way. Our experience with the car was nothing short of wonderful. We had left our Toyota Matrix at the dealer and when we returned Mr. Nevai greeted us at the door asking how we liked the car.We both said that it was a wonderful driving car as well as a beautiful vehicle. He followed that query with -"what would it take for us to put you in this car today". From there it was pretty much a no brainer... we purchased the car and went home thrilled and happy with the total transaction. We have sinced stopped by to see Mr. Nevai when we are in the area to say hello. I have shared this experience with all my friends. On one occassion some peole stopped me in the parking lot and asked me all about the car and where and from whom I purchased it. EASY ANSWER FOR ME!!!!! More
