Everyone was great, but trade-in value was too low (traded in a leased Prius that had been leased from same dealer). Their used car dept offered $1000 more for this Prius than the new car dealer. I leased the new Rave4 when Toyota's reputation was at a low point because I believe in their cars and have alwasy had good experiences with them, including with the 2009 Prius. I traded in the Prius becasue it had 19,000 miles in only the first year and it had now been powerful enough in the heavy snows we had this past winter in maryland. I needed 4WD and a larger vehicle. It has been over 10 years since we have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Our last attempt was horrible; the sales staff was incompetent and the manager was obnoxious and arrogant.
