I recently purchased a 2010 Tacoma. This is the fifth Toyota my wife and I have purchased from DARCARS, but this was the first one from the Frederick dealership. The experience was the best ever. The Frederick dealership seemed to be more frendly and less hectic than some of the other locations. They have a beautful building where you can pull in under cover to arrange for vehicle service. My salesman, Marco Vasquez, was not pushy at all. He was quite frendly, helpful and patient as we took about three weeks to complete the transaction. I would recommend DARCARS Frederick to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle. More

My daughter leased a 2010 Prius with a trade-in of our 2002 Prius, which we purchased used from this dealership 4 1/2 years ago for a total cost of $16,000. Jeff told us our 2002 Prius was going to go dir 2002 Prius, which we purchased used from this dealership 4 1/2 years ago for a total cost of $16,000. Jeff told us our 2002 Prius was going to go directly to auction and offered us a $1,000 trade in. He had also offered my daughter a $500 additional incentive the first time she was there to discuss the lease. He "forgot" about that $500 but eventually we got it added to the trade in value, along with another $500, for a total trade in value of $2,000. Our 2002 Prius is now on the Darcars Toyota Frederick Maryland website for an "e-price" of $6,995, so we were lied to about the value of the car and the "fact" that it was going to auction because it wasn't worth anything. I also bought a used Camry from this dealership and we have had both cars regularly serviced at your dealership. It is pretty clear, as it has been on other occasions--such as when you just couldn't find anything wrong with those tires that kept going flat on my Camry and when I was charged 8 hours of labor for 2.5 hours of work--that you really do not give a d*** about us as repeat customers. I think your organization is a rip off. I want Darcars Toyota Frederick to refund to my daughter the $750 extra she paid for the back-up camera/mirror and give her the third year of free service on the leased Prius, and I also free service/repair on the Camry for a year. How do you people live with yourselves???? More

The staff was VERY Friendly and helpful. We got the truck that we wanted at the price we wanted. Everybody was cheerful and a pleasure to talk with. I had an excellent experience at Darcars with purchasing my Yaris. I have always driven a used car because of thinking I couldn't afford the payments on a new one. Tim was my sales associate, and Paul and Jim helped me with price and financing. They all took the time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted, especially Tim. I had visited prior to purchasing and talked to Tim about what I was looking for. Unfortunately I didn't "fall in love" with anything in particular so I decided to wait a little longer. A couple weeks later the car I had been driving decided it had had enough and needed to be retired. I went back to see Tim and purchased my new Yaris. I am so excited with my new car! I am already telling everyone to go see Tim at Darcars for their next new car. More
