This was my first service appointment since Ashley returned to the route 40 locations of Darcars, and what a difference. I had previously dealt with Ashley years ago at Darcars, and regularly gave th returned to the route 40 locations of Darcars, and what a difference. In fact, I continued to take my 90 Celica to for service long after the warranty had expired because I knew the work was done right and they stood behind the service. I have had several bad experiences after she left, especially over the last year and had considered going elsewhere, until I found out that Ashley had returned. She is knowledgeable, customer friendly, and always ensures that all of the work being done to the car is fully explained. The atmosphere in the service shop has changed and I felt like they were there to take care of me, not the other way around. Thank you Darcars for recognizing the value of good customer service, it's good to have Ms. Bohrer back. More

I have heard from my neighbor that darcars toyota was a great place to buy a car, so since my sister wanted to buy a vehicle I tought it would be good to go check this place out. After having an AWFUL experience with another Toyota dealer in Clarksville area, we were THRILLED to have a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish w/the folks at Darcars Frederick. There was absolute dealer in Clarksville area, we were THRILLED to have a FANTASTIC experience from start to finish w/the folks at Darcars Frederick. There was absolutely NO pressure to make a purchase, the price was GREAT, they were patient, friendly, HONEST. The service department is clean and even inviting. There is a nice waiting area with a separate area just for kids. Awesome! In short, I would absolutely recommend Darcars Frederick to anyone shopping for a car. My 13-year old Buick was dying. Danny's Car Clinic wanted $3400 to repair and strongly recommended I do so. Uh-uh! But I was coming out of a Bankruptcy due to medical expenses. I prayed I could afford a used $3400 to repair and strongly recommended I do so. Uh-uh! But I was coming out of a Bankruptcy due to medical expenses. I prayed I could afford a used car. I had heard good things about Darcars and my mother (who lives with me) and I decided to walk in after talking to Josh Gillions on the phone. Everybody was so kind! As we sat down at Josh's desk, we were handed two bottles of water. It just got better from there. Josh was genial and easy to speak with. We could have stayed there all night (though I don't think the staff was willing). Before I knew it, I was the owner of a brand new Toyota Corolla, in the perfect color I wanted. And Darcars worked everything out so I could afford it. The finance manager, who at times can be intimidating, couldn't have been friendlier, offering me coffee (I rejected it, since I was already pumped up with joy). Everything went smoothly. They switched tags from my old car, washed it, and just made it look beautiful. When I was ready to depart from truly one of the greatest experiences of my life, my salesman came out with Mom and me and showed us how the car worked. Everything was pointed out by Josh. He then did a once-over of my old car and found our disabled driver placard. Then all of their managerial staff came out to congratulate us and shake our hands. All my fears and doubts about my transportation were vanished by what must be the best car dealership in the state. More

Getting our car from this dealership is an answered prayer. Mr. Wayne Spear and Mr. Mike O'Brien were very helpful and offered invaluable advice.
