I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived and both the sales consultant and finance director that I dealt with were very helpful in answering all of my questions and they seemed to do everything in their power to get me a great deal so that I would leave very satisfied. They both went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left with a vehicle I was happy with and a plan to finance that would work well for me. The financing of the vehicles went very smooth, Mike Obrien explained everything in easy to understand terms. This was, as stated above, an excellent experience. Ratings would have been higher without the mishap in paperwork. However, they did a great job in fixing the problem with the least amount of imposition to me. The finance guy (can't remember his name) was a little shady....he kept adding warranties to my contract that i didn't want and then when i noticed it on the computer, then he explained the extra monies. I was a little annoyed because it took up a lot of extra time. i'm still hoping i didn't overlook any "extra" charges. More
